摘 要

云技术背景下，IT技术迅速发展，ERP技术也快步升级，财务共享服务模式应运而生。财务共享中心的建立在中国的大企业集团中是财务管理模式的创新。这一创新，改变以往的分散式财务模式，把企业集团的各公司的财务人员集中到企业的财务中心，基于同一财务系统下，集中对集团各公司的财务数据进行处理。财务组织机构的重置，减少了财务人员的配备，节省了系统成本。避免了财务人员的做账方式的差异带来的误差。财务中心将财务人员分配到相应的岗位上，每个人只负责一个环节或者多个环节，所以工作效率提高了。相应的考核制度制约员工工作执行情况也带动了员工的工作热情和积极性。本文从什么是什么是云技术、财务共享模式和财务共享中心入手，建立其所需要的流程，在国内外的发展现状和趋势，存在的问题以及提出建议和总结入手，逐一进行了研究。

Analysis on the application of Financial Sharing Service in financial management under the background of "cloud" technology

To avoid the a company a financial organization, reduce the financial personnel equipped with, also can save the cost of the system. Does not appear because of the different Error brought by the financial accounting mode. Due to the financial center of the game of financial personnel assigned to the corresponding positions on, everyone is only responsible for a link or links, so work efficiency increased. The corresponding appraisal system control staff implementation at the same time also contributed to the staff"s work enthusiasm and. In this paper, what is what is cloud technology, financial shared financial models and sharing center with, set up the process, in the domestic and foreign development status and trend, existing problems and put forward suggestions and summing up of the, are studied one by one.
