摘 要

随着我国经济的发展，现代企业管理者、债权人及投资者，都从各自的目的和利益出发，要求了解企业的财务状况和经济成果。这就使得财务分析极为重要。财务分析是以企业财务报告反映的财务指标为主要依据，对企业的经营成果和财务状况进行剖析和评价，以反映企业的财务状况、在运营过程中的得失与利弊以及发展趋势，为改进企业财务管理工作和优化经济决策提供重要的财务信息。

本文主要是对特变电工进行了财务方面的分析，对特变电工的财务报表进行分析从而反映出公司整体的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量的情况。进行财务分析时会用到一些财务指标，这些指标有偿债能力分析、营运能力分析、盈利能力分析、发展能力分析。通过这些指标可以分析企业现在的财务状况以及预测未来的发展趋势。财务数据通常能最真实的反应公司的经营状况，本文在特变电工的财务分析中，发现其经营的不足之处，找出目前所出现问题的原因，从而给出改善的建议。

Abstract

With the rapid development of China"s economic reform, the modern enterprise managers, creditors and government management, for their own goals and interests, demanded to know the financial situation of enterprises and economic results. This makes the financial analysis is extremely important. Financial analysis is the financial index to reflect the enterprise financial report as the main basis, carries on the appraisal and the analysis to the enterprise"s financial position and operating results, to reflect the enterprise gains and losses, the advantages and disadvantages in the process of operation of the financial situation and the development trend, provide important financial information for the improvement of enterprise"s financial management and the optimization of economic decision.

本文主要是对特变电工进行了财务部方面的分析，对特变电工的财务报表进行分析从而反映出公司整体的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量的情况。进行财务分析时会用到一些财务指标，这些指标有偿债能力分析、营运能力分析、盈利能力分析、发展能力分析。通过这些指标可以分析企业现在的财务状况以及预测未来的发展趋势。本文在特变电工的财务分析中，全面领悟分析的内容，正确掌握分析的方法至关重要。

This paper is mainly about the TBEA are analyzed in terms of the financial department, TBEA financial statements analysis in order to reflect the overall financial position, operating results and cash flow situation. Use some financial indicators of financial analysis, these indicators of solvency analysis, analysis, development ability operation ability analysis, profitability analysis. 1.1研究背景

在这个日新月异的社会中，随着交通和通讯技术不断发展和完善，世界被更加紧密的联系成一个整体，企业之间的合作也会更加紧密，这同时也使得他们所面临的竞争环境变得更加复杂多变，其经营风险也在加大。面对这种情况，企业和报表使用者需要通过财务报表分析来更加准确的从某些特定方面来评价企业自身的财务状况，并与同行业的其他企业进行比较，从财务报表的财务数据中可以发掘隐藏的信息，对之加以利用，能够更好的了解企业经营决策和投资决策等的不足之处，从而做出更加正确的决策。特变电工作为一家受到国家支持行业的企业，现状也许没有收到全球化冲击，但是我们仍要通过分析它的财务报告，了解它在目前的经济环境下是如何实现自身的发展的，实际发展能力是怎样的。随着社会主义市场经济的发展，近乎所有的企业管理者都关注着一个共同的问题，企业能否生存下去并发展壮大，而企业的财务状况能够直接反应公司的运营状况和命运，并可以发现问题并给出建议。
