一、绪 论

1.1选题目的以及研究意义

目的：制造业能够象征我国国家实力的重要部分，金融业的地位更是毋庸置疑，它是一个国家经济发展水平的核心。我国金融业的发展与制造业有着十分密切的联系。一直以来，两者基本上一直在以同样的步伐在发展前进。制造业是经济发展中支柱性产业，二十世纪末二十一世纪初以来发展快速。金融业是什么，它是作为生产过程中的间接投入品，可以在相当有效地推动生产过程中的专业化的同时也能够一定程度的提升制造业的效率，自然而然带动经济持续增长，对其关系的研究逐渐成为学者们研究的热潮。自从我国改革开放一直到后来加入世贸组织，金融业确实得到了实质性的飞速发展，在同一时间有很大的变化的还有金融业服务的性质和内容。另一方面，我国的经济总量也常年存在增长的趋势，这时候经济结构也在不断升级改善，我国现在正遇到全面推进新型工业化建设，制造业首当其冲，必然要迎接挑战，完成这次质的飞跃。

理论意义：人类社会的进步发展一直是一个曲折而又漫长的过程，我们的先辈在经历了工业革命和金融革命之后才让社会能够得到一个飞跃的发展。其实，产业的发展与金融发展两者之间存在着某种必然的作用力和联系这个发现在西方已经很早就被意识到，所以西方的很多学者如希克斯就都对这个发现有过讨论和分析，他们也确实认为金融业的发展推动了工业革命的发生。不过就算是他们这样认为，这也并不能说明金融业发展就和制造业产业结构优化升级有着必然的联系。但是这依旧是值得探讨的问题。所以本文的理论意义就是针对制造业产业结构的优化升级的基础上，层层分析与比较，深入研究看看金融业的发展是否对其有着非常重要的促进作用。
