摘 要

本文利用待办任务理论以东南大学创新创业大赛项目为例解决如何发现科技成果转化中的创新机会。首先要发现科技成果的潜在应用场景。确定应用场景的构成要素；了解场景发掘的影响因素，影响因素通常导致了潜在应用场景的不同；通过网络众包平台最终确定科技成果的潜在应用场景。其次，分析特定潜在应用场景中的待办任务及其特性，寻找创新机会。通过不同的方法发现特定潜在应用场景中的待办任务，以及在科技成果的特定场景中完成待办任务的过程中发现创新机会。在特定场景中寻找科技成果的创新机会，创新机会存在于不同的应用场景中，每个场景下的创新机会也不同。最后，通过案例研究发现东南大学创新创业大赛项目全息3D智能炫屏中的两个潜在应用场景，并对不同场景下的创新机会进行分析。案例分析结果表明，通过待办任务理论，我们可以发现科技成果转化中的创新机会。解决科技成果与市场挂钩的困难，帮助科技成果转化。通过本文的研究，将场景嵌入待办任务中使得待办任务的寻找更加准确以及有说服力；通过达成待办任务的过程发现创新机会，拉近科技成果与市场对接的距离，帮助企业发现科技成果转化中的创新机会。

Abstract

This paper uses the JOBS-TO-BE-DONE theory to take the Southeast University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition as an example to solve how to discover the innovation opportunities in the transformation of scientific achievements. First of all, we must discover the potential application scenarios of scientific achievements. Identify the elements of the application scenario; understand the influencing factors of the scenario exploration, and the impact factors often lead to differences in potential application scenarios; finally, identify the potential application scenarios of scientific achievements through the network crowdsourcing platform. Second, it analyzes the jobs and their characteristics in specific potential application scenarios to find innovation opportunities. Different methods are used to discover the jobs in a specific potential application scenario, and to discover innovation opportunities during the completion of jobs in specific scenes of scientific and technological achievements. Looking for innovative opportunities for scientific achievements in specific scenarios, innovation opportunities exist in different application scenarios, and the opportunities for innovation are different in each scenario. Finally, through the case study, we found two potential application scenarios in the holographic 3D smart screen of the Southeast University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition project and analyzed the innovation opportunities under different scenarios. The results of the case study show that through the JOBS-TO-BE-DONE theory, we can discover innovation opportunities in the transformation of scientific achievements. 1.1.1研究背景

科技成果转化是高校科技活动的重要内容，高校要引导科研工作和经济社会发展，使需求更加紧密结合。高校需要改革完善科技评价考核机制，促进科技成果转化。教育部、科技部为推动高校发展，需加快高校科技成果的转化活动。依据《中华人民共和国促进科技成果转化法》、国务院《实施lt;中华人民共和国促进科技成果转化法gt;若干规定》和国务院办公厅《促进科技成果转移转化行动方案》，结合高校实际情况，提出关于加强高等学校科技成果转移转化工作的若干意见，对促进科技成果转移转化行动做出部署。

待办任务理论可以深入了解客户的需求。理论认为公司应停止关注产品或客户，转而关注客户正在努力完成的基础过程或“任务”。长久以来，创新对领导者而言，都是重中之重，但往往也让人具有挫败感。根据麦肯锡的最新调查，世界上84%的高管表示，创新对他们的成长战略极其重要，但仍有94%的人不满意其组织的创新表现。多数人都会认为部分创新项目远未达到预期目标，公司从未了解客户。现代互联网高速发展的情况下，公司虽然能以前所未有的速度收集各种各样海量的顾客信息，并进行复杂分析。但对于大多数企业，创新依旧是在黑暗中痛苦摸索。待办任务理论解决了企业找不到创新机会的问题，使用该理论会使公司获得成功的机会增加五倍。如果一个公司知道要达到什么目标，那么击中目标的机会则会大大增加，使得企业获得成功。
