摘 要

对于肿瘤的治疗研究和临床试验等一直都是非常重要的医学研究和实践工作，在当前医学发展背景下，肿瘤治疗的方式可以分为：传统的治疗方法和新的方式免疫治疗。当前世界上，放疗、手术切除、化疗、过继免疫治疗、肿瘤靶向药物、肿瘤疫苗等都是治疗肿瘤的方法。对于抗肿瘤治疗来说，传统方法已经越来越无法满足现代医学发展的需求，而免疫治疗等方法借助新的科技手段和条件，获得了更好的发展。尽管近年来有一些关于癌症免疫治疗的负面报道，与大规模临床推广仍有差距，但癌症免疫治疗的独特优势不断显现，巨大的潜力和良好的临床前景使其在癌症领域成为研究的热点。本文将研究癌症免疫治疗的发展，并分析目前癌症免疫治疗的研究和发展，免疫治疗对癌症的影响及价值分析，对其未来前景进行展望，也分析肿瘤免疫治疗的不足。以此可以让我们更为全面的了解肿瘤免疫治疗的特点，价值和前景。

——Therapy-Application Prospect of Immunotherapy

Abstract

For cancer treatment research and clinical trials have always been very important medical research and practice work, in the current context of medical development, cancer treatment methods can be divided into: traditional treatment methods and new ways of immunotherapy. Nowadays, radiotherapy, surgical resection, chemotherapy, adoptive immunotherapy, targeted drugs and cancer vaccines are all the methods to treat tumors in the world. For anti-cancer treatment, traditional methods have been increasingly unable to meet the needs of modern medical development, while immunotherapy and other methods have achieved better development with the help of new scientific and technological means and conditions. Although there are some negative reports about cancer immunotherapy in recent years, there is still a gap with large-scale clinical promotion, but the unique advantages of cancer immunotherapy continue to emerge, huge potential and good clinical prospects make it become a research hotspot in the field of cancer. This article will study the development of cancer immunotherapy, and analyze the current research and development of cancer immunotherapy, the impact of immunotherapy on cancer and its value analysis, and its future prospects, as well as the inadequacy of cancer immunotherapy. In this way, we can have a more comprehensive understanding of the characteristics, value and prospects of cancer immunotherapy.

第一章 引言

癌症疾病是当前困扰和威胁人类健康的主要杀手之一，人们对癌症非常恐惧，对很多人来说癌症的发生是猝不及防的，在癌症的治疗方面也都有很多的困难存在。据世界卫生组织（WHO）称，癌症、糖尿病、心血管疾病和慢性呼吸道疾病是世界上百分之三的死亡原因，而其中癌症是最主要的致命原因。2018年，全球有960万人死于癌症，占世界死亡人数的15％。 超过75％的癌症死亡发生在收入较低或者收入水平中等的国家，预计到达2030年，全球将有超过1000万人死于癌症。

然而，当前随着医学和相关科技的发展，使得对于肿瘤的治疗已经从传统的方法中演变到新型的技术上。2011年，Nature发表社论，证明进入免疫时代的肿瘤治疗已经来临。肿瘤免疫治疗就是通过重新开启并持续肿瘤-免疫循环，恢复机体常规的抗肿瘤免疫反应，从而控制与消除肿瘤的一种治疗方法。包括治疗性抗体、单克隆抗体类免疫检查点抑制剂、细胞治疗、癌症疫苗和小分子抑制剂等。最近的几年里，我们陆续听到了肿瘤免疫治疗领域的众多好消息，目前已在多种肿瘤如非小细胞肺癌、黑色素瘤、前列腺癌、肾癌和等实体瘤的治疗中展示出了强大的抗肿瘤活性，在美国，多个肿瘤免疫治疗药物已经获得批准临床应用。肿瘤免疫治疗由于其卓越的疗效和创新性，在2013年被《科学》杂志评为年度最重要的科学突破。^[1]肿瘤免疫治疗在很大程度上减轻了病人的痛苦和精神负担，其医学价值也非常大，因此，对于现代医学来说，肿瘤免疫治疗的研究一直在进行，在更先进和安全的基础上推进肿瘤免疫治疗和研究，对于肿瘤研究领域是一个重要的研究项目。本文将研究癌症免疫治疗的发展，并分析目前癌症免疫治疗的研究和发展，免疫治疗对癌症的影响及价值分析，对其未来前景进行展望，也分析肿瘤免疫治疗的不足。以此可以让我们更为全面的了解肿瘤免疫治疗的特点，价值和前景，也为探讨肿瘤免疫治疗的方法和技术提供一定的价值和帮助。
