网络众包平台的系统运维策略研究：基于典型案例的分析

摘 要

：越来越多众包网站开始出现，它覆盖的领域也越来越广，而众包平台改进、功能创新的工作统称为平台运维。本文的主要目的是归纳众包平台的线上以及线下功能，澄清网络众包平台运维的主要方向与内容以及归纳平台运营公司开展平台运维的主要模式。文章从对双边市场理论，众包理论以及平台运维理论的研究开始，然后从实例出发总结归纳了现有众包平台已有以及需要的线上线下功能，结合以上理论以及平台功能进行分析，找出推动平台运维的基本模式以及主要策略。随后以猪八戒网站为案例进行分析，并与所得结论进行对比，验证结论的正确性与可行性。通过文章中的研究我们找出众包平台的线上功能应包括信息处理功能、线上交易功能、权益保障功能、诚信保障功能与平台安全功能，线下功能则而众包平台的线下功能有：线下培训功能，会议功能、与资料发行功能。这些功能都在维持众包平台的平稳运行以及迎合用户需求两方面有相应作用。平台运维的方向是满足双边顾客的需求，扩大平台覆盖领域，提高交易的速度、准确度以及成功率，加强对平台用户利益的保护。平台运维的内容则是以顾客需要以及平台运维的方向为指向，对平台现有的功能进行创新与改进，使平台在不断符合甚至超前符合用户需求的同时找到并巩固平台的核心能力。另外，“服务-IT”模式，即从业务部的收到的反馈入手，开发新的功能实现平台改革是现有平台运维的主要模式。本文的研究使关于平台运维的研究更加丰满，并对以后的研究提出了展望。

Abstract：More and more crowdsourcing website has been created,it will cover more and more area,and work of website’s improvement and function innovation called Crowdsourcing website’s operations.The main purpose of this paper is to sum up the features of the online and offline of the platform, and clarify the main direction and content of the operation and maintenance of the network platform.This paper begins with the research on the two-sided markets theory, crowd-sourcing theory and platform operation theory. Then from the instance of summed up the existing crowdsourcing platform has and the needs of online and offline function, combined with the above theory and function of the platform were analyzed and found to promote the basic mode of operation and maintenance platform, as well as the main strategy.Then the “Zhubajie” website for the case analysis, and compared with the results of the conclusion, the correctness and feasibility of the verification conclusion.Through the research we find crowdsourcing platform online function should include information processing function, online trading function, rights protection function, the integrity of security function and security platform function, line function and crowdsourcing platform line function: off line training function, meeting, and information release function.These features are in the maintenance of the smooth operation of the platform and to meet the needs of users in two areas have a corresponding role.The direction of the platform’s operation is to meet the needs of bilateral customers, expanding platform coverage area, improve the speed of transactions, accuracy and success rate, to enhance the protection of the interests of the user platform.The content of platform operation is to customer needs and the direction of platform operation to point to that of the existing functions of the platform for innovation and improvement, the platform in continuing to meet the advance even meet the needs of users and find and consolidate the core capabilities of the platform.In addition, the “service -IT” model, that is, from the receipt of the business department of feedback, the development of new functions to achieve platform reform is the main mode of operation and maintenance of the existing platform. The research of this paper makes the research on the operation and maintenance of the platform more plentiful, and puts forward the prospect of the future research.
