摘 要

随着经济的发展，国内外学者将关注的重点由传统的生产要素转向了新的方向。作为知识技术的载体——人力资本在企业发展中的作用越来越凸显，特别是对于服务业而言，人力投入是其不可忽视的一点。近年来，服务业也飞速发展，所占比重逐步扩大，因为本文探究人力资本对服务业上市公司的影响，以期能对企业发展提供一定的指导。

本文以服务业上市公司为对象，结合人力资本理论、公司绩效理论作为理论支持，选取了服务业上市公司2015~2017的数据，先将服务业分为生产性和消费性进行分析，在进行整体的实证分析，引入人力资本存量、人力资本流量、技术性人力资本等为自变量，将企业规模和企业成长性作为控制变量；在借鉴了国内外研究学者成果的基础上，进行描述性统计分析、相关性分析和回归分析，从而得出结论。

通过实证分析可知：人力资本投资对服务业上市公司绩效有着显著影响，人力资本存量对企业绩效有着正相关影响，技术性人力资本对生产性服务业存在负相关的影响，对消费性服务业影响不显著，可以通过提高薪酬、增加培训等方式增加人才流入，减少人才流出损失，从而提高服务业上市公司的绩效。

The Influence of Human Capital on the Performance of Listed Service Companies

Abstract

With the development of economy, domestic and foreign scholars have shifted their focus from traditional factors of production to new directions. As the carrier of knowledge and technology, human capital plays a more and more important role in the development of enterprises. In recent years, the service industry has also developed rapidly, and its proportion has gradually increased. This paper explores the influence of human capital on listed companies in the service industry, so as to provide some guidance for the development of enterprises.

This paper takes the listed companies in the service industry as the object, combines the theory of human capital and the theory of corporate performance as the theoretical support, selects the listed companies in the service industry from 2015 to 2017 as the sample, divides the listed companies in the service industry into the type of consumption and the type of statistics, conducts a classification study and then conducts a full sample analysis. Human capital stock, human capital flow and technical human capital are introduced as independent variables, and enterprise scale and growth are taken as control variables. On the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research scholars, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis are carried out to draw a conclusion.

Through the empirical analysis shows that the human capital investment have a significant impact on service performance of listed companies, human capital has a positive correlation effect on corporate performance, technical manpower capital of producer services, the influence of the negative correlationship exists no significant impact on the consumer services, can improve the compensation, increasing training methods such as flow, reducing the loss of talent outflow, so as to improve the performance of service industry of the listed company.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

随着经济的发展，知识水平和创新能力对国家经济发展有着重要的作用，其反映的价值远高于传统生产要素创造的价值。而人力资本作为创新和知识的载体，更是有着物质资本和技术资本无法替代的特性。近些年来，中国越来越重视对各级人才的培育，高度重视对人才的投入，“十三五”规划明确指出，要建立一支大型人才队伍，重点发现，培养和聚集科学家，领导科技人才，创业人才和高技能人才。

随着改革开放的推进，中国第三产业发展迅速，2014年占比达48.23%，这是首次超越了第二产业，未来几年稳步提升，2018年占比达54.4%。对国民经济增长的贡献率为60.5%。虽然我国服务业有着飞速的发展，但是和其他国家相比，我国的服务业仍有待改善之处，存在着管理体制机制不健全、人才缺乏等问题。要改变这一现状其中重要的一点就是需要充分认识到人力资本对服务业上市公司的重要性。但纵观目前发展情况，人力资本存量低，单一投资和效果不佳等问题。如何充分发挥人力资本的作用，充分挖掘其潜在价值，是企业能否拥有核心竞争力的重要因素，仍有待思考与解决。
