摘 要

作为比特币底层技术的区块链技术，拥有去中心化、保密性强等优点，它以其特殊的分布式账簿特征影响会计行业的发展，大大提高了工作效率和降低了企业等使用会计信息的用户的成本。会计作为企业的重要组成部分和不可或缺的对象，注定成为企业变革的先驱者。对于某些企业来说，现有的企业财务管理体系已经不足以继续推动企业长远又快速地发展，此时谋求更加先进的财务管理体系显得更为迫切。本文采用了文献研究法和案例分析法，以利用区块链技术构建的财务管理生态系统为对象，勾画了一个利用区块链技术构建的财务管理生态系统循环。另外，本文研究了国内区块链技术在财务管理生态系统方面的应用现状，发现由于现在技术和人员等方面的限制，我国区块链技术在财务管理生态系统方面的应用出现了安全性不够高、效率不太快和资金不足等问题，远没有达到理想状态。并且以华为近些年在构建财务管理生态系统方面所做的尝试以及产生的影响和问题为参考，提出了加大的相关人才的培养、加快设备的升级等建议。本文认为，区块链作为新兴技术，需要大胆而又细致地以其作为构建财务管理生态系统的基础，紧跟时代步伐，使企业可以可持续地、平稳地发展。

Construction of Enterprise Financial Management Ecosystem Model Based on Block Chain Technology

Abstract

As the underlying technology of bitcoin, block chain technology has the advantages of decentralization and strong confidentiality. It affects the development of the accounting industry with its special distributed account book characteristics, greatly improving the work efficiency and reducing the cost of enterprises and other users of accounting information. Accounting, as an important component and indispensable object of an enterprise, is destined to become a pioneer of enterprise reform. For some enterprises, the existing enterprise financial management system is not enough to continue to promote the long-term and rapid development of enterprises. At this time, it is more urgent to seek a more advanced financial management system. This paper adopts the method of literature research and case analysis, and takes the financial management ecosystem constructed by using the block chain technology as the object, delineates a cycle of financial management ecosystem constructed by using the block chain technology. In addition, this paper studies the application status of domestic block chain technology in the financial management ecosystem, and finds that due to the current technical and personnel limitations, the application of block chain technology in the financial management ecosystem in our country has some problems, such as insufficient safety, low efficiency and insufficient funds, which are far from reaching the ideal state. Based on Huawei's attempts to build a financial management ecosystem in recent years and the impacts and problems it has brought about, it also puts forward suggestions such as increasing the training of relevant talents and accelerating the upgrading of equipment. This paper holds that, as a new technology, the block chain needs to be taken boldly and carefully as the basis for constructing the financial management ecosystem, keeping up with the pace of the times, so that enterprises can develop sustainably and stably.
