基于区块链的企业财务活动优化路径

摘 要

大数据时代的到来使许多企业开始转型，并运用互联网技术不断改善企业财务活动，加快信息交流速度。但是，目前企业财务活动仍然存在一些问题：资金运作的成本过高；企业财务部门的内控制度不健全；会计信息失真。这些问题阻碍了企业的发展。

本文以企业财务活动优化路径为研究对象，介绍了企业财务活动优化和区块链技术的发展现状，并结合区块链技术去中心化、存储数据安全、公开透明、数据可追溯性的特点，探讨区块链在企业财务活动优化中的应用路径。

本文通过案例分析，以顺丰控股为例，分析了区块链技术在物流企业的应用，并结合湖北红十字会的工作失误进行探讨，提出基于区块链的企业财务活动优化路径，认为区块链技术可以保障财务信息真实性、减少资金运作成本、提高资金运作效率。最后，简要分析了区块链应用于企业财务活动优化的风险：技术缺陷；数据膨胀问题；法律监管不完善。

Optimization Path of Enterprise Financial Activities

Based on Blockchain

Abstract

With the advent of big data era, many enterprises begin to transform. They use Internet technology to improve their financial activities and speed up information exchange. However, there are still some problems in enterprise financial activities: the cost of fund operation is too high, the internal control system of enterprise financial department is not perfect, and the accounting information is distorted. These problems hinder the development of enterprises.

This paper takes the optimization path of enterprise financial activities as the research object, and introduces the development status of enterprise financial activities optimization and blockchain technology, combined with the characteristics of block chain, such as decentralization, storage data security, openness and transparency, data traceability, then discusses the application path of block chain in the optimization of enterprise financial activities.

This paper analyzes the application of blockchain technology in logistics enterprises through case analysis, taking SF Holdings as an example, and discusses the way of optimizing enterprise financial activities based on blockchain combined with the work mistakes of Hubei Red Cross Society, it is concluded that blockchain technology can guarantee the authenticity of financial information, reduce the cost of capital operation and improve the efficiency of capital operation. Finally, the paper briefly analyzes the risks of applying blockchain to the optimization of enterprise financial activities: technical defects, data inflation, imperfect legal supervision.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

财务活动是企业生存的根本，也是企业能力的体现，深深影响着企业的利润和发展前景。然而，在传统模式中，企业的财务活动存在不少问题，比如企业融资活动中的高成本、财务信息的信息不对称、内部控制的不完善等等。因此，如何优化财务活动一直受到企业管理层的高度重视，也引起了各研究者对企业财务活动优化路径的讨论，于是ERP系统、财务共享服务、互联网技术等应运而生，一定程度上改善了企业财务活动。不过这些技术的运用还存在不足之处，比如，互联网技术使企业可以获得大量信息，但是也加重了总部的工作量，使数据处理中心过于膨胀，信息的可靠性和传递效率也有待提高。

在科技革命与产业变革的时代浪潮中，会计领域出现了一项名为区块链的新兴技术。区块链其实就是维持比特币运作的一种底层技术，也被称为分布式账本。它凭借去中心化、公开透明等优势，成为各国的研究热点，并被各领域逐渐推广应用。自区块链技术兴起以来，各国在政策上基本支持。从近两年来看，我国和美国的区块链市场比较活跃。2018年全球区块链项目融资笔数为452，融资总金额达到了416亿元。2019年上半年，全球区块链项目融资217笔，总金额为165亿元。其中我国融资笔数为71，处于领先地位，但是融资总金额只有25.6亿元，项目单笔金额比较低。而美国虽然融资笔数低于我国，总金额却达到了118.1亿元。这说明我国还需要融资更高价值的区块链项目。从区块链相关技术专利数量来看，截止到2018年，我国专利数遥遥领先，以1001项位居世界第一。但是这些专利大多数都是研究区块链的应用层，对于密码学技术、共识机制等关键技术的专利很少。只有解决了关键技术的问题，才能将区块链技术应用于更多的场景。
