重化工业环境信息披露与企业绩效研究

摘 要

目前全球经济迅猛发展，以消耗化石能源为主的发展模式弊端凸显，环境污染，能源短缺。重视生态环境建设、推动完善企业环境信息披露成为企业绩效评估的重要内容。探究重化工业环境信息披露和企业绩效之间的关系，有利于了解重化工业企业对环境保护、污染排放等相关的情况，寻求重化工业对环境保护和企业经营之间的利益平衡。本文选取2015-2017年三年50家公司的数据，利用因子分析和多元线性回归分析，分析提炼总结出两者之间存在的关系。研究表明实际上由于环境治理回报速度相对缓慢，环境治理投入的增加相应的会减少主营业务方面的投入，在一定程度上重化工业环境信息披露和企业绩效负相关。这对于重化工业企业来说这种现象更为明显。在长期看来，环境信息披露对企业的长期发展和社会形象还是有积极作用的，因此建议从内部角度建议企业自身提高自觉性去完整披露环境信息，从外部角度建议加强以媒体为代表的社会监督、提高公众的环保意识、鼓励企业主动进行环境信息披露。

Research on Environmental Information Disclosure and Enterprise Performance in Heavy Chemical Industry

Abstract

At present, the global economy is booming. The disadvantages of the development model dominated by fossil energy consumption are prominent, such as environmental pollution and energy shortage. It is an significant part of enterprise performance evaluation to attach importance to the construction of ecological environment and promoting the improvement of enterprise environmental information disclosure. Exploring the relationship between environmental information disclosure and enterprise performance in heavy chemical industry is conducive to understanding the environmental protection and pollution emission of heavy chemical industry, and seeking the balance of interests between heavy chemical industry and environmental protection and enterprise operation. In this paper, the data of 50 companies in the three years from 2015 to 2017 were selected, and the relationship between them was analyzed and summarized by factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Research shows that in fact, due to the relatively slow rate of return on environmental governance, the increase of investment in environmental governance will correspondingly reduce the investment in main business, and to a certain extent, environmental information disclosure in heavy chemical industry is negatively correlated with enterprise performance. This is more obvious for heavy chemical enterprises. In the long term, environmental information disclosure to the long-term development of the enterprise and social image has positive role, so from the perspective of internal recommendation for the enterprises to improve the consciousness to full disclosure of environmental information, the proposed represented by the media from the perspective of external social supervision, improve the public's environmental awareness, encourage enterprises to actively to environmental information disclosure.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

目前经济长期处于高速稳定持续发展状态，上世纪以煤、石油、天然气为主要能源的经济发展方式逐渐凸显出能源短缺、污染环境等重要问题。环境问题已经属于各国共同关注的热门问题，环境会计以及环境信息披露等试图解决该问题的体系应运而生。国外企业对环境污染方面重视得早，体系相对而言较为完善，而国内企业在环境信息披露方面存在着起步晚、大部分企业以自觉披露为主等问题，影响推进环境保护。

1.2 研究目的及意义

研究重化工业环境信息披露与企业绩效的目的在于提高重化工业企业对环境信息披露的重视，加强对排污的规范和控制，尽可能减少对环境的污染。对重化工业环境信息披露与企业绩效进行研究，在理论上证明环境信息披露对重化工业企业发展的影响和作用，有利于推动重化工业企业环境信息披露的规范化和系统化，推进企业对自身经营管理的严格控制，提高环境披露水平。

1.3 研究内容及方法

研究内容是重化工业企业环境信息披露与企业绩效之间的关系，以及目前重化工业环境信息披露的现状以及存在的问题，理论方面根据五位一体理论、利益相关者理论和信息不对称理论探讨环境信息披露对企业绩效的影响以及影响方向，通过对选取的大样本分析历年来环境信息披露纵向变化和2018年重化工业环境信息披露在所有行业的占比，提出合理假设。对自变量环境信息披露水平利用因子分析法进行量化分析，因变量企业绩效选取总资产报酬率ROA，总资产周转率TAT作为代替变量，最后进行回归分析。

1.4 论文框架

从环境信息披露相关的理论基础入手，对比近年来国内重化工业区域及年份的环境信息披露差异和变化，提出重化工业环境信息披露目前存在的问题，并探究其存在的原因。根据问题及成因提出合理有据的改进措施和方法。选取变量和样本，设计模型，利用因子分析和多元线性回归分析验证假设，得出结论并分析。
