债务困境与公司持续经营———基于天翔环境公司的案例研究

摘 要

本文基于天翔环境有限公司的案例研究展开了对债务困境与公司持续经营关系的研究。由天翔环境公司陷入债务困境的现状入手，找出天翔环境有限公司在日常经营活动中出现的问题并给予相关问题启示。对于其公司发生的一系列问题进行深入剖析，找出问题的成因。基于案例分析深入思考天翔环境有限公司脱离债务困境的对策。用案例分析的方式阐述公司持续经营与债务困境的关联。由此得出结果：在日常经营中，公司对于持续经营方向的决策至关重要，不能忽视未来市场和自身可能发生的变化。若对公司持续经营的决策忽视，可能会导致公司主营业务的盈利能力持续下降，公司亏损增加，更有甚者会导致资金链破裂，公司破产。为了应对未来更复杂的经济形式，各公司应制定详尽实时的经营战略，就经营中出现的问题和结果偏差及时反应，避免公司陷入债务困境的尴尬境地。

Debt Dilemma and the Continuous Operation of the Company ——Based on The Case Study of Tianxiang Environmental Company

Abstract

Based on the case study of Tianxiang Environmental Corporation, this article has launched a research on the relationship between debt distress and the company"s continuing operations. Starting from the current situation of Tianxiang Environmental Company"s debt dilemma, find out the problems that Tianxiang Environmental Company has in its daily business activities and give relevant issues enlightenment. In-depth analysis of a series of problems occurred in his company to find out the causes of the problems. Based on the case analysis, in-depth thinking about the countermeasures of Tianxiang Environmental Co., Ltd. from the debt dilemma Use case analysis to illustrate the relationship between the company"s continuing operations and debt distress. The result is that in daily operations, the company is crucial to the decision-making on the direction of sustainable operations, and it cannot ignore the changes that may occur in the future market and itself. If the company’s decision to continue operations is ignored, the profitability of the company’s main business may continue to decline, the company’s losses will increase, and even worse, it will lead to the breakdown of the capital chain and the company’s bankruptcy. In order to cope with the more complex economic situation in the future, companies should formulate detailed and real-time business strategies, and respond to problems and result deviations in operations in a timely manner, so as to avoid the embarrassing situation of the company"s debt dilemma.

1.1.1 政治关系与企业持续经营

政治关系成本会让使企业的隐形成本上升，从而使企业利润总额减少。若企业无法正确的根据国际政治方向决定企业的经营的决策，就很可能失去债务偿还能力，进一步出现债务逾期。这意味企业逐步陷入债务困境，会对公司的持续经营造成不良影响。

陈俊杰（2011）[^[1]]指明中国际政治经济关系格局有两种趋势：首先，政治经济学和经济政治的趋势越来越明显。其次是国际问题内部化和国内问题国际化的日益突出的趋势。在国际贸易中，各个国家的政府部门早已出于维护自身利益的目的设置了非关税壁垒。
