新能源上市公司财务绩效评价研究—以比亚迪为例

摘 要

随着全球环境的不断恶化，新能源产业蓬勃发展，作为我国国民经济新兴产业，新能源产业凭借着广阔的发展前景对于整个经济市场而言有着较大的影响力。随着各大新能源产业的不断发展，为了深入贯彻节能环保理念，迎合大众需求，我国新能源汽车产业也在不断扩大市场和生产规模，并逐渐成为市场发展方向，吸引了众多投资者的目光，同时也进一步加大了市场竞争。

财务绩效评价研究长期以来都备受各类投资人群以及专家学者的广泛关注，主要还是因为能够清晰的帮助公司明确生产经营中存在的隐患和有待改进的地方，有利于即使规避有或缩小风险，对于企业将来的经营发展有着非常主要的作用。通过研究新能源公司财务绩效，一定程度上能够帮助经营者更好的分析经营现状和水平，对公司有多方面多角度的更清晰的了解，掌握自身存在的优于或劣于其他竞争者的因素，并更好的发挥或改进这些因素，将企业引导向一条更合适更有前景的发展道路，进一步提高市场地位。

本文基于财务绩效基础理论，在各个角度上分析了新能源汽车上市公司在整个市场中的经营情况，以比亚迪公司为例，与同类公司进行对比分析，针对一些现阶段存在的问题提出解决方案，并对整个行业财务绩效情况进行概括总结。

Research on Financial Performance Evaluation of New Energy Listed  Companies:Take BYD as An Example

Abstract

With the continuous deterioration of the global environment, the new energy industry is booming. As an emerging industry in China"s national economy, the new energy industry has a great influence on the entire economic market with its broad development prospects. With the continuous development of various new energy industries, in order to deeply implement the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection and meet the needs of the public, China"s new energy vehicle industry is also expanding the market and production scale, and gradually becomes the direction of market development, attracting the attention of many investors, and at the same time further increasing the market competition.
Financial performance evaluation studies have long been wide attention of all kinds of investment groups and experts and scholars, largely because can help the company clearly clear hidden danger existing in the production and business operation and improvement of place, even avoid or minimize risk, for enterprise operation and development has very main effect in the future. Through the research of new energy company financial performance, to some extent, can help the operators better analysis of the management present situation and the level, the company has a clearer understanding of the various angles, existence of their own is better than or worse  than other competitors, and better play or improve these factors, will lead to a more appropriate enterprise more promising development path, further improve the market position.

Based on the theory of financial performance basis, from the perspective of factor analysis, the analysis  on the every Angle of new energy vehicles operating situation in the market of listed companies, in the company, for example, compared with the similar company analysis, aiming at some problems existing in the current solution is put forward, and the financial performance of the entire industry are summarized.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

当今社会，国民经济迅速发展，人们的生活质量和对生活质量的要求越来越高，由此导致对汽车的需求日益增加，这就促进了汽车制造行业的不断发展，并使其逐渐成为国民经济中举足轻重的一部分，展现了整个国家经济技术的高度。但是与此同时，世界气候和环境的条件也随之恶化，为了进一步保证生活质量，人们开始将目光投向新能源产业，用节能减排代替大规模的耗用燃油，旨在推动整个世界资源可持续发展，这一现象给新能源上市公司们带来了巨大的市场和商业契机。据资料统计，上个世纪七十年代末我国汽车销量约为每年15万辆，而随着汽车制造业不断发展，这个数字到如今已经增长了约200倍，并且在2009年我国的生产数量就超过了众多西方工业强国跻身世界第一。而新能源汽车作为传统汽车的进阶产物，发展前景也十分乐观，2020年新能源汽车产量突破了100万辆，并且预计在15年内这个数字将会增长三倍，我国新能源汽车的发展速度之迅猛是其他国家可望而不可即的。

但是作为还在发展中的我们来说，新能源汽车制造行业仍面临了很大的挑战和问题，我国企业比亚迪，通过占领市场并加上自身强大的技术支持，如今在新能源行业蓬勃发展，深受国民热捧。但是与此同时比亚迪公司现阶段也存在了一些问题，与一些汽车制造大国相比还是有一些差距，所以当前提高自身能力，提高市场竞争力变得刻不容缓。
