业财融合在企业中的应用研究——以蒙牛集团为例

摘 要

随着业务规模和范围的扩大，许多大公司开始遇到诸如组织结构繁琐、业务与财务分离、财务数据更新不及时以及员工效率较低等问题。如何改善公司的组织结构和运作程序，提高组织会计信息的质量和数据传输的速度，以及确保财务管理的有效性已成为公司财务管理的当务之急。而大企业病的问题从发现到解决的过程中，“业财融合”的实施起到了关键性的作用，最近几年引起了大型企业的关注。加快业财融合，对全面考虑企业的财务管理、管理会计和业务管理，创新企业发展模式，加强企业的市场竞争力和管理能力都有一定的成效。目前，有关业务和财务一体化的研究仍处于起步阶段。如何实现将业财融合运用到商业实践中是具有复杂而综合性的，值得我们进一步探讨。

本文以业财融合理论为依据，以蒙牛集团为研究对象，探讨业财融合在企业发展中的现状和问题等，总结提出在人员管理方面、改进并及时完善信息平台、加强财务控制监督与风险防控、人员管理方面的优化建议。

Abstract

With the expansion of business scale and scope, many large companies have begun to encounter problems such as cumbersome organizational structure, separation of business and finance, untimely update of financial data, and low employee efficiency. How to improve the company"s organizational structure and operating procedures, improve the company"s accounting information quality and data transmission speed, and ensure the efficiency of financial management has become the top priority of the company"s financial management. In the process of solving the "big enterprise disease", the "integration of industry and finance" has played a key role and has attracted the attention of large companies in recent years. Accelerating the integration of industry and finance will have a certain effect on comprehensively considering the financial management, management accounting and business management of the enterprise, innovating the development model of the enterprise, and strengthening the market competitiveness and management ability of the enterprise. Currently, the research on business and financial integration is still in its infancy. How to realize the integration of industry and finance into commercial practice is complicated and comprehensive, and it is worthy of our further discussion.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景和意义

随着经济全球化和市场化的推进，越来越多的经营者认为企业的财务必须从会计转移到价值创造。“产业和财务的融合”是现代企业财务管理的转换和发展方向，在业界达到了它的重要性。中国经济实力不断增强，人民安居乐业，为包括乳制品行业在内的消费产品提供了丰富的发展机会，但也意味着该行业迎来了更猛烈的市场竞争。作为中国乳业界的顶尖企业，我们仍然面临许多挑战，包括原材料成本上涨、产品同质化加速、利润下降以及消费者需求的变化。

蒙牛集团在经营团队的领导下，自2015年以来通过推进财务共享来实现财务与业务的融合，取得了显著的成绩，但这过程中也发现了一些值得进一步研究的问题。因此，蒙牛集团作为本论文的研究对象有非常大的代表性。其实现业务、财务一体化过程的研究，对于促进财务人员从会计类型转变为管理类型具有重要的理论意义。
