苏南地区中小企业融资问题探析

摘 要

中小企业是苏南地区经济发展的重要组成部分，也是最为活跃的一部分群体，在创新科技、丰富经济形式以及提供就业等方面发挥了重大作用。但是融资难的问题，极大地制约了苏南地区中小企业的发展。本文围绕苏南地区中小企业融资问题研究，对苏南地区中小企业融资现状和融资困难的原因进行了系统分析。首先对中小企业融资的相关理论进行了阐述；接着总结造成苏南地区中小企业融资困境的原因；然后介绍了与苏南地区联系密切的台湾地区中小企业融资经验，归纳总结台湾地区中小企业融资成功并促进企业发展壮大的原因；最后，根据苏南地区的发展特点，结合案例分析得出的结论，提出本人对解决苏南地区中小企业融资困难的对策与建议。

Analysis on The Financing Problems of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises in Southern Jiangsu Province

Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the economic development in southern jiangsu and the most active group. They have played an important role in innovating science and technology, enriching economic forms and providing employment.However, the problem of financing has greatly restricted the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in southern jiangsu.This paper focuses on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in southern jiangsu province, the financing status and financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in southern jiangsu province, the reasons for the systematic analysis.Firstly, this paper expounds the relevant theories of sme financing.Then it summarizes the reasons for the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in southern jiangsu.Then it introduces the financing experience of small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan, which is closely related to southern jiangsu province, and summarizes the reasons for the successful financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan and the promotion of their development and growth.Finally, according to the development characteristics of south jiangsu, combined with the conclusion of case analysis, the author puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in south jiangsu.
