江苏民营高新技术企业融资渠道和方式研究

摘 要

民营高新技术企业在当今知识经济时代，作为知识和技术密集型的企业，引领着科技创新活动，其整体水平的发展对一个地区或国家的经济发展水平都会产生重大影响。我国在国家政策的扶持下，高新技术产业和高新技术企业进入了一个飞速发展的时期。但许多中小民营高新技术企业都不得不面临着流动资金短缺、融资渠道受阻、融资困难的现状。该现状已经成为制约中国民营经济进一步发展的瓶颈，束缚了整个社会经济的发展活力。

因此，拓宽融资渠道、创新融资方式，创造真正有利于中小民营高新技术企业发展的融资环境显得尤为重要。本文从江苏省民营高新技术企业入手，进行融资渠道及方式研究，将实际案例L科技股份有限公司作为研究对象，采取定性和定量相结合的方法，探究新的经济环境下，江苏省中小民营高新技术企业融资问题出路，根据民营企业的特点，对政府和企业提出相关建议，这样也可以对其他省、行业融资有一定的借鉴意义。根据全文研究出融资策略：互联网 金融，知识产权质押融资，创业板市场，政策性金融，产业投资基金，债券市场和私募市场，中介服务机构。

Abstract

Private high-tech enterprises in today"s knowledge economy era, as a knowledge intensive and technology intensive enterprises, leading the innovation of science and technology, the overall level of development of a region or country level of economic development will have a significant impact. Our country in support of national policy, high-tech industries and high-tech enterprises has entered a period of rapid development. But many small and medium-sized private high-tech enterprises had faced liquidity shortage, financing channels blocked, the financing difficult situation. This situation has become a bottleneck restricting the further development of China"s private economy, hindered the development of the vitality of the entire social economy.

Therefore, to broaden the financing channels and innovative financing way to create truly conducive to the financing environment for small and medium private high technology enterprise development is particularly important. This paper from the private high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province, financing channels and methods of research, the actual case l science and Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object, take a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, exploring the new economic environment, the outlet of Jiangsu Province small and medium private high technology enterprise financing problems, according to the characteristics of private enterprises, to the government and enterprises put forward related suggestions, so you can also to other provinces, finance industry has certain reference significance. Financing strategy according to the full text of the study: Internet financial, intellectual property pledge financing, the GEM market, policy finance, industrial investment funds, private equity and bond markets, intermediary service institutions.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景及意义

进入知识经济时代，作为知识和技术密集型的高新技术企业，已经成为科技创新活动的领头羊，一个地区或国家的经济发展水平都会受到其整体水平的影响，因而，各个国家在制定战略时都聚焦于高新技术企业的发展上，在高新技术企业扩张的基础上来提升综合国力。自中国20世纪90年代以来，在国家政策的扶持下，高新技术产业和高新技术企业进入了一个飞速发展的时期。江苏省作为全国经济发展的先驱，其高新技术企业的数量在全国也是名列前茅，其中以苏州、无锡以及南京为高新技术企业重点聚集地，但许多中小民营高新技术企业都不得不面临着流动资金短缺、融资渠道受阻、融资困难的现状。

民营经济在长期以来处于弱势地位，因而，在发展过程中的民营企业不可避免地遭受不公平的待遇，融资艰难，融资成本颇高等问题的突出已经将中国民营经济进一步发展推入了困境之中，整个社会的经济发展活力受到约束，以金融为代表的社会资源在中国范围内得不到有效配置，产生浪费社会资源和不必要的损失的现象。因此，拓宽融资渠道、创新融资方式，创造真正有利于中小民营高新技术企业融资环境发展是非常重要的。

1.2 研究思路及内容

第一部分：确定主题。由选题结果确定江苏民营高新技术企业融资渠道及方式研究，其中有两项关键词：民营高新技术与融资。东部沿海地区一直是经济活动最为活跃地区之一，选择自己熟悉的江苏省，以及选择民营企业中的高新技术企业，第一是缩小了研究范围，而不是整个民营企业的泛泛而谈，其次是高新技术企业在当今经济新环境下有着举足轻重的影响，因而研究其融资渠道及方式是很有必要的。
