摘 要

现代社会云计算开始深入人们工作生活的各方各面,会计作为交易中必不可少的环节，也逐渐走向云世界。云会计应用的出现对于日益增加的中小企业来说是一个重要的发展机遇，低成本、高效率的应用模式使得云会计在中小企业的世界里很快站稳手脚，中小企业融资压力得到极大的缓解，越来越多的中小企业开始选择云会计应用。中小企业云会计应用的研究对中小企业越来越重要。

本文对中小企业云会计运用进行了深入的研究，详细分析了云会计应用为中小企业带来的影响，强调云会计应用可以为中小企业带来高效率、低成本、高质量的专业化服务以及更加可靠的数据信息，同时云会计在中小企业应用中也会出现一些问题，如宏观环境的限制、应用技术、信息安全以及企业观念问题。本文以ABC企业为例，具体分析中小企业云会计应用的流程以及应用效果，发现云会计应用可以实现企业内部信息共享、降低应用成本并促进企业业务流程再造，最后对其应用过程中的经验与教训进行总结，结合中小企业云会计应用研究中发现的问题，提出完善法律法规、加强信息安全保护、调整企业云会计应用观念、加大企业内部监管力度以及加强人员素质培训的有效建议。

Research of small and medium-sized enterprise cloud accounting application

Abstract

For modern society, cloud computing start going deep in every aspect of people's working lives. Accounting as an essential part of the transaction, also gradually move toward the cloud world. The emergence of cloud accounting application for growing SMEs(small and medium sized enterprises) is an important opportunity for development. The cloud accounting application model in the world for SMEs in firm hands and feet quickly because of low cost and high efficiency, SMEs financing pressure greatly relief, more and more SMEs are choosing a cloud accounting application. Small and Medium Enterprises cloud accounting application is becoming increasingly important for SMEs.

In this paper, the use of the SME cloud accounting conducted in-depth research, detailed analysis of the impact of cloud accounting application for the SMEs. Emphasizing cloud accounting application can bring high efficiency, low cost, high quality, professional service and more reliable data for SMEs, and cloud accounting will make some problems in small and medium applications, such as restrictions on the macroeconomic environment, the application of technology, information security and business ideas issues. In this paper, ABC business, for example, detailed analysis of the process and effects of the cloud applications. This article found cloud accounting application can achieve information sharing within the enterprise, reduce costs and promote enterprise business process reengineering. Finally, sum up experience of its application process, combined with the problems in the SMEs accounting applications studies found, that should make perfect laws and regulations, strengthen information security, adjust the concept of enterprise cloud applications, increase internal supervision and strengthen the quality of personnel training.

第一章 导论

1.1 研究背景和研究目的

现今社会是不断发展前进的，从最开始的手工记账到系统有效的复式记账再到系统软件带来的会计服务，人工枯燥单一化的服务模式已经被不断更替，越来越多的工作开始系统化、网络化运作。科学技术的大步前进为人们工作生活的方方面面带来了全新的运作模式，我们开始逐渐适应于并积极推行这个被称为网络“云”的世界。极速、及时、简单易懂、自动化、数据化，云服务为我们带来一个全新的世界。

互联网技术的日益成熟，导致会计信息化对于企业越来越重要，会计信息化程度对于企业未来发展的作用也日趋重要。为了实现会计信息化，云会计服务开始进入企业的考虑范围，并逐步成为第一选择。国内经济市场逐渐开放性加大，导致我国的中小企业数量不断增加，2015年5月14日国内中小企业协会会长李子彬表示，一直到去年年底，中国已经在工商部门完成登记的中小企业数量已经达到1023万户，与此同时，个体工商户的数量相对更多。中小企业的会计信息化开始影响国内信息化的总发展趋势，中小企业的云会计研究是中小企业会计信息化发展的当务之急。
