摘 要

随着国内外研究对情感的研究关注度的逐步提高，情感在游客旅游过程中的重要作用愈发凸显。南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆作为著名的黑色旅游目的地，游客情感特征较为独特，其研究对旅游发展十分重要。通过网络文本分析，本文对参观纪念馆的游客进行了研究。搜取马蜂窝、携程网、百度旅游、途牛网等重要旅游网站上游客关于纪念馆的评论文本，采用Rost Content Mining软件对网络文本进行高频词汇分析、语义网络分析，并对游客情感特征进行了重点研究，最终得出南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆的游客旅游情感特征主要表现为悲伤沉重、铭记历史、仇恨愤怒、爱国主义等。南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆气氛庄严肃穆，悲惨的历史使游客感到悲伤和压抑，并对日本侵略者表示了愤怒和谴责，激发了游客的爱国情感和对遇难同胞的悼念。同时，少量游客也表达了对一些不遵守公共秩序的游客的谴责、极端仇视日本等情感。最后，通过游客的情感倾向找出南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆在选址、建筑、展示形式等存在的亮点，为其他黑色旅游目的地的建设提供有力的借鉴。在运用网络文本分析黑色旅游目的地游客情感特征的基础上，对黑色旅游目的地的建设提出了科学的建议，增强黑色旅游的影响力。

Abstract

With the increasing attention paid to research on emotions in research at home and abroad, the important role of emotions in tourist tourism has become increasingly prominent. As the famous black tourist destination, the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall for Victims has unique emotional characteristics，the research is very important for it’s tourism development. Through online text analysis, this article studied the visitors who visited the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall for Victims. Searching for the texts of the visitors’ comments on the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall for Victims on important tourist sites such as Ma cellular, Ctrip, Baidu Tourism, and Tueniu and using Rost Content Mining software to perform high-frequency vocabulary analysis and semantic network analysis of online texts. The emotional characteristics of tourists have been studied in a key way, it concluded that the emotional characteristics of tourists in the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall for Victims were mainly characterized by heavy sadness, history, hatred and patriotism, etc. The Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall for Victims has a solemn atmosphere. The tragic history has caused tourists to feel sad and depressed, and expressed anger and condemnation to the Japanese invaders, inspiring the tourists’ patriotic feelings and the mourn for compatriots in distress. At the same time, a small number of tourists also expressed their condemnation of some tourists who did not observe public order or their extreme hatred of Japan. Finally, through the emotional orientation of tourists, finding the highlights of the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall for Victims in the site selection, construction, and exhibition forms, providing powerful references for the construction of other black tourism destinations. Based on the use of online texts to analyze the emotional characteristics of tourists in black tourism destinations, scientific suggestions are made for the development of black tourism destinations and the enhance the influence of black tourism.
