在线旅游社区中回帖行为机理研究

摘 要

在线社交网络的日新月异的发展和人们生活质量的转变进一步促进了在线旅游社区的产生和发展进而也提升了人们的生活质量,在线旅游社区是一种依据互联网而为消费者提供旅游信息,旅游产品的预订和服务为中心的社区网站,这其中还包括了酒店的预订,路线的规划,产品的选择等多个方面的服务,与过去的传统旅游业相比,在线旅游社区更突出了便捷性,实用性,交互性等特征,更能适当今时代的发展以及如今人们快节奏的生活方式。

在社交网络中,用户回帖与发帖行为是社交的重要体现,是人们维系关系的重要纽带,是社交网络繁荣发展的重要方式与途径。以东南大学成贤学院的在校生在在线旅游社区中发帖和回帖的行为为研究对象,基于本校中发帖和回帖的数据以及个人的信息数据,运用相关数据分析模型,探讨其中对回帖所产生的行为影响研究。研究结果表明,大数据媒体时代下,多媒体具有多样性,社会效应提升以及快速化,网络的运行也具有信息聚合与扩散,社区环境对用户回帖具有显著影响。回帖网络具有互惠性以及传递性特征,从情感体验与感知控制视角来看用户回帖行为,当用户面对内容冗长,消极,信息过载,社交复杂时会减少回帖,当内容积极,简练时更容易获得用户积极的回帖响应,群体的回帖对个人用户回帖也具有显著影响,还有个人自身的性格特征也是重要原因。

本文研究结果丰富了在线旅游社区用户行为影响因素的研究,以及电子社区,在线社交网络,旅游社区,论坛回帖行为等方面的研究,并对在线旅游社区的管理的体制机制有一定的启示作用;有利于指导改进社区的管理机制,如鼓励用户多发积极向上的内容,进一步促进用户之间的回帖交流等,这些行为对进一步促进和引导社区中用户间信息交互,社区的繁荣发挥重要作用。

The rapid development of online social networks and the continuous improvement of people's life quality have promoted the rise and development of online tourism communities. Online tourism community is based on the Internet, to meet the travel consumer information query, product booking, service evaluation as the core purpose, including hotels, scenic spots, car rental, domestic and overseas tourism service providers, search engines, community sites and other online tourism platform industry. It is greatly different from the traditional tourism industry and store sales, and can better adapt to the rapid development of the Internet and people's fast-paced lifestyle.

In social network, the behavior of user's reply and Posting is an important embodiment of social network, an important link for people to maintain relationship, and an important way and approach for the prosperity and development of social network. Taking the Posting and replying behaviors of students in chengxian college of southeast university in online tourism community as the research object, based on the Posting and replying data and personal information data of the school, this paper USES the exponential random model to discuss the research on the behavior mechanism of the generated replies. The research results show that in the era of big data media, multimedia has the characteristics of diversity, social effect enhancement and acceleration, network operation also has the characteristics of information aggregation and diffusion, clue accumulation and circulation. The reply network has the characteristics of reciprocity and transmissibility. From the perspective of emotional experience and perceptual control, the user's response behavior will be reduced when the user is faced with lengthy content, negative content, information overload and complex social interaction. When the content is positive and concise, it is easier to obtain the user's positive response.

The research results further enrich the research on the user behavior mechanism of online tourism community, as well as the research on electronic community, online social network, tourism community, BBS reply behavior and other aspects, and have certain enlightenment to the management of online tourism community. It is conducive to guiding the management mechanism of the community, such as encouraging users to send more positive content and further promoting the exchange of replies between users. These behaviors play an important role in further promoting and guiding the information interaction between users in the community and the prosperity of the community.

现如今,互联网的快速的发展影响着人们的各个面面,一方面由于人们的物质水平不断提升,进而人们的需求也在不断的增加,社会的进步和发展就是体现在人们的生活当中,如何人们饥不果腹当然寻求的就是满足温饱,但是现如今人们不再仅仅满足食物的充足更看重精神世界的充足,希望有更好的生活质量和生活品质;另一方面由于人类文明的不断提升,生活水平的提升,可支配收入的增加以及对于高品质生活的追求都促使旅游行业的出现,在旅游中人们可以方面脚步享受生活,进而旅游业快速发展,旅游业的迅速发展促进旅游行业的不断升级改革,促使在线旅游社区的出现和兴起,这在线旅游社区中,人们可以相互交流彼此游玩的信息以及相关的咨询,在线旅游社区成为一个交流,沟通的平台[1]
