西塘旅游景点的现状及可持续发展策略

摘 要

本论文简单介绍了西塘旅游景点，分析了现今西塘古镇的旅游资源特色，以及西塘景区的主要发展形式和主要的开发内容，并以科学发展观为出发点，探究西塘古镇旅游景点现今的开发状况，并且根据实际情况总结古镇在开发阶段取得的成果，同时也很好使西塘古镇文化走向世界。

西塘古镇的开发取得了很大的成就，但也存在着一些问题与不足。本文剖析现阶段西塘古镇景区的开发状况，指出其在开发过程中存在的缺陷和不足之处，如景区人口容量饱和，环境状况恶化，景点古迹遭破坏，过分商业化，基础设施建设不足等，并通过分析研究西塘古镇发展前景及发展方向，通过总结国内外古镇旅游资源的开发利用经验，为西塘旅游景点的可持续发展提出一系列策略和方法，促进古镇西塘的健康发展，使西塘景区能够更好的走出中国，被更多的游客所了解喜爱。

The present situation and the sustainable development strategy of Xitang tourist attractions

Abstract

This paper simply introduces the Xitang tourist attractions, analyzes the current in the ancient town of Xitang tourism resources characteristic, as well as the main form of development of Xitang scenic spot and the development of the main content, and the scientific concept of development as a starting point, to explore the current situation of the development of the ancient town of Xitang tourist attractions. Sums up the achievements in the process of its development, the huge contribution for the local economy, but also works well in the ancient town of Xitang culture to the world.

Xitang town development has made great achievements, but there are also some problems and deficiencies. This article analyze the current development situation of the ancient town of Xitang scenic area, points out its defects and deficiencies existing in the development process, such as saturation area population, environmental deterioration, scenic spots and historical damaged, excessive commercialization, inadequate infrastructure, etc., and through the analysis and study in the ancient town of Xitang development prospect and development direction, through summarizing the development and utilization of ancient town tourism resources at home and abroad experience, for the sustainable development of Xitang tourist attractions, puts forward a series of strategies and methods to promote the healthy development of the ancient town of Xitang, Xitang scenic area will be better able to out of China, by more tourists understand love.

第一章 绪 论

现今这个时代，旅游已经是许多国家的支柱产业，并且从旅游获得的收入也逐渐成为国家收入的一项重要来源。中国，作为一个拥有非常悠久的历史和文化的国家，有着大量的具有民族和文化特色的古镇建筑，因此具有丰富的旅游资源。而中国的古镇旅游也渐渐火热起来，成为越来越多的中外游客的旅游之地，古镇旅游壮大的同时也促进了当地的经济发展和居民收入的提高。西塘古镇正是在这样的环境下进行一系列的开发，逐步吸引更多的游客。

但是，由于古镇的开发过度和对环境的不够重视，古镇西塘所存在的问题也越来越严峻。许多具有特色的景点被重修整改，使得商业化现象明显。政府在开发古镇的同时，浪费了大量的人力、物力、财力。除此之外，由于保护不到位，西塘的环境出现了恶化的现象，古镇建筑遭到损坏，景区内水质变得越来越差。
