人口老龄化对居民消费水平的影响分析——以江苏省为例

Abstract: Population aging is a kind of phenomena that caused by the declining percentage of youth and labor population and the increasing percentage of aging population,which was caused by the denatality and the stable mortality or the decline of mortality.The development of social and economic must lead to the result of population aging .Because every aspect of the development of society and economic was affected by the problem of population aging in different degrees.At present many experts and researchers have paid attention to this topic.At the end of the 20^th century,Jiangsu province started to enter the aging society,the development of aging population has hindered the growth of consumption.

At first,this paper introduced the backgrounds,the meanings and analyzed the researches status at home and abroad and we elaborated the research thoughts and methods.Secondly,this paper analyzed the present situation and the development of the aging population in Jiangsu province and we make a predictive parsing on the development tendency of population aging in the next 15 years.Then,we analyzed the present situation of the residents’consumption level,we used regression analysis method to analyze the related factors which influenced the residents’ consumption level and how much effect they made. And then we knew that the factors which influenced residents’ consumption level most in Jiangsu province are the level of GDP per capita,price index and per capita income level.Then this paper used population structure data to do the empirical analysis of how much effect the population aging did on cousumption in Jiangsu province.We drew the conclusions: Firstly,the impact of the development of population aging on the urban residents’consumption level of Jiangsu province is greater than its impact on the rural residents’consumption level.Secondly,the influence of the changes of the proportion of working population on the urban residents’consumption level is greater than its influence of the rural residents’ consumption level.At last, this paper puts forward countermeasures to deal with the problems of aging population and promote the growth of residents’consumption in Jiangsu province.And we summarized shortcomings and forecast prospect.In order to prepare well for the arriving highest peak of population aging,we planned to study this topic,find measures to minimize its negative effects on residents’ consumption.

1、绪论

1.1研究背景

中国是一个人口数量相当大的国家，相比于西方国家，我国老龄化又产生在社会经济发展不成熟的现状下，这说明了中国人口老龄化现状和西方国家是有本质性区别的。近年来，我国的人口老龄化程度随着社会经济水平的发展日益加深。根据我国2000年的“五普”数据和2010年的“六普”数据，我国65岁及以上老龄人口在2000年已经超过了8800万，占总人口比重的6.96%，而到了2010年，老龄人口突破11000万，并且老龄人口比重上升了1.91%达到了8.87%。依照联合国制定的标准来划分人口老龄化程度， 65岁及65岁以上的人口被划分为老龄人口，老龄化社会的评判标准是某国家或某地区老龄人口比重超过7%。

许多发达国家因为发达的科学技术以及完善的医疗制度，首先进入了老龄化社会。而中国，在20世纪末才出现了老龄化的萌芽。十多年的时间，中国老龄化的话题也在逐渐引起我国政府和广大人民群众的热切关注。中国人口结构平衡被老龄化破坏，也对我国政治策略制定、经济发展、文化丰富、社会安定等领域产生了重大的影响。

1.2研究意义

1.2.1理论意义

国外专家对人口老龄化与经济之间的关系研究得较早，而在最近，我国专家的各种观点才被提出，但是针对江苏省老龄化发展情况对居民消费水平影响的分析较少，综合考虑各种经济因素以及人口老龄化发展趋势的文章更是屈指可数，因此本文可以丰富对江苏省这一领域的研究，具有理论意义。

1.2.2实践意义

从实践的角度来讲，很多专家学者认为人口老龄化是造成社会消费需求低迷的主要原因之一。因此，对于研究老龄化对带动社会经济发展有非常深远的意义。根据人口普查数据显示，江苏省作为我国发展较快的省市之一，从20世纪末就走进了老龄化的萌芽期，因此我们可以从研究江苏省老龄化的发展趋势来推断未来中国人口结构的改变方向与趋势。由于中国东部、中部、西部三大地区在经济发展水平上有显著差距，研究中国整体人口老龄化对经济社会效应肯定会有很大的困难并且不具备代表性，所以我选择江苏省作为我的研究对象，因为其是我国人口老龄化发展水平最快、经济发展趋势良好的省市之一，我们可以通过研究人口老龄化现状对江苏省居民消费水平产生了怎样的影响，为将来我国进行人口政策的制定与规划，以及对中国未来经济政策的调整提供积极的向导作用。此外，对江苏省来说，也能帮助其制定相关的社会发展、消费以及社会保障政策。
