云计算环境下的ERP系统的分析与设计

摘 要

企业运用ERP系统可以优化资源配置、提高企业工作效率、增强企业在同类市场中的竞争力，但是由于传统ERP投资成本巨大、实施成功率又低，高风险使许多企业望而却步。但是自2007年来云计算技术出现并经过9年的快速展，给企业成功应用ERP系统带来了新的机遇。利用云计算技术可以降低传统ERP项目实施成本，提高企业与ERP系统的契合度，降低ERP系统项目实施风险。本文首先回顾多年来国内外学者对云计算ERP的相关研究，并简要介绍在云环境下部署ERP系统的必要性，然后对研究过程中所使用的理论和方法进行探讨，为后续研究打下基础。接着描述云环境下的ERP系统与传统ERP实施方法的不同，从不同的阶段描述了云环境下的ERP系统项目实施的具体方法，实现策略及瓶颈问题解决方案。之后，将研究重点放在对XX集团云环境下的ERP系统智慧生产项目的调查分析上，通过企业走访和访问集团网站，了解XX集团云环境下的ERP系统实施项目具体经过，并将项目实施分分为四个主要阶段，分别探讨了不同阶段的主要影响因素，主要影响因素主要有：高层领导的承诺与支持，专业的项目团队，员工培训，全员参与等。最后分析了XX集团云环境下的ERP系统的设计原则，描述了XX集团云环境下的ERP系统的平台架构，架构各个层面的主要功能，并对项目实施后的成效做出归纳总结。最后对本次研究工作进行总结，并提出了未来研究过程中仍需要改进的地方，以期望能对云计算ERP研究领域有所帮助。

ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF THE ERP SYSTEM IN CLOUD COMPUTING ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

Enterprises using ERP system can optimize the allocation of resources, improve efficiency and enhance competiveness. However, huge investment cost, low success rate for implementation and high risk have discouraged many Enterprises from using it. The concept of cloud computing technology was proposed in the year of 2007. After nine years of rapid development, this new technology brings new opportunities to many Enterprises that use ERP systems. The use of cloud computing technology can reduce the cost and risk of the implementation of traditional ERP project and improve integration with ERP systems. This paper first reviewed relevant domestic and foreign researches on cloud computing ERP and briefly introduced the necessity of using ERP system under cloud environment. Theories and methods used in the research were then discussed and they are foundation of this study. Differences between the implementation of traditional ERP systems and the implementation of ERP under cloud environments were discussed. Detailed implementation methods, implementation strategies as well as solutions to bottlenecks at different stages were also presented. After that, the study focused on the investigation and analysis of XX Group’s smart production project which used ERP system under cloud environment. Details of the implementation of ERP system under cloud environment were investigated through company visits and accessing the company website. The implementation of the project divided into four main phases, and factor that brings major influence to each phase were discussed respectively, namely, commitment and support of senior leadership, professional team, staff training, participation of the staff. Next, XX Group’s design principles, platform architecture of ERP system under the cloud environment were discussed, and the main function of architecture at all levels were introduced. At last, this paper summarized the effectiveness of the implementation. At the end of this paper, summary and limitations of this paper were presented, in hope that this paper will provide insights to this research area.
