Abstract:Ammonia desulfurization program investment is low, the generated by-products can be used as fertilizer sales and utilization, no waste discharge, to achieve the waste of resources, while ammonia desulfurization project in the construction and operation of environmental monitoring and management activities to promote the public A better understanding of environmental protection, improve the people's environmental awareness, to promote the development of regional environmental protection work has a positive effect. Ammonia desulfurization process is mainly composed of flue gas washing part, ammonia preparation part and crystal ammonium sulfate production part. The original flue gas from the boiler is treated by a dust collector to enter the desulfurization system. First by the gas / gas heat exchanger heat down, and then in the quenching zone to further cool the water and make the smoke to saturation, and then into the washing tower, while the top of the washing tower in the spray ammonia, ammonia and flue gas in the rapid sulfur dioxide The reaction produces ammonium sulfite. In the solution tank below the scrubber, ammonium bisulfite and ammonium bisulfite were oxidized to ammonium sulfate in the addition of ammonia and the oxidation of oxygen in the atmosphere. Ammonium sulfate solution by evaporation, crystallization can be recovered after the crystal ammonium sulfate fertilizer. Ammonia desulfurization in the desulfurization at the same time, can generate available for sale by-product, no waste residue, so from the point of view of waste resources to see more environmentally friendly. With the passage of time, the cost of the price is becoming more reasonable, ammonia operating costs will decline with desulfurization, so the choice of ammonia desulfurization method is more appropriate.

1.1二氧化硫排放对我国的污染现状
1.1.1二氧化硫的污染现状
二氧化硫是一种没有颜色带有刺鼻味道的大气污染气体。在我们平时使用如开车,汽车的尾气当中就含有大量二氧化硫气体,二氧化硫的排放随处可见。可见二氧化硫的污染在大气中是较为严重的。
在我们日常生活中的一些社会行为就会造成大气中二氧化硫的含量严重超标,不仅二氧化硫对我们的生存的环境会产生极大地危害,而且会引发酸雨现象的频发,从而造成直接的经济损失,也对我们的身体健康造成危害。尤其是在近几年,随着二氧化硫排放的增多,越来越多的城市酸雨情况越来越严重,严重危害了我们赖以生存的环境。环境学家表明,必须严格控制二氧化硫的排放,只有这样才能抑制住大气污染物的滋生。
1.1.2二氧化硫的排放状况
二氧化硫的排放主要来源就是能源消耗,而能源产业与经济发展有着不可分割的联系。从改革开放之后国家的经济飞速发展,伴随着经济发展的同时,环境问题也引起了我们的深思,能源结构的不健康导致了我国经济发展的前景受到了不小的考验,能源的短缺抑制了我国经济的持续发展。
