摘 要
结果如下:
1、BP-1对普通小球藻的生长具有显著的抑制作用,96h急性毒性属于中毒。对大型溞显示出致死毒性, 48小时急性毒性属于中毒。
2、BP-2对普通小球藻的生长具有显著的抑制作用,96h急性毒性属于中毒。BP-2对大型溞显示出致死毒性, 48小时急性毒性属于中毒。
3、BP-1和BP-2混合物对小球藻的复合毒性表现为加和作用;BP-1和BP-3混合物对小球藻的复合毒性表现为拮抗作用;BP-1、BP-3和BP-4混合液对小球藻的复合毒性表现为拮抗作用;BP-1、BP-2、BP-3和BP-4混合液对小球藻的复合毒性表现为拮抗作用。
4、通过BP-1与BP-2对普通小球藻与大型溞的急性毒性试验结果,进行生态风险评价。使用评估因子法(AF)计算出的BP-1的预测无效应浓度值(PNEC)为0.00174mg/L;BP-2的PNEC值为0.00528mg/L。仍属于对生态环境风险较低的一类物质。

Ecological toxicity and potential risk assessment of sunscreen chemicals in personal care products (PCPs)

Abstract:With the improvement of living standards and lifestyle changes, the types and quantities of personal care products will continue to increase, and will continue to be discharged to the environment because of production, transportation and consumption. Although the personal care products has been detected in various environmental media and even the human body,. Therefore, it is very important to explore the ecological toxicity of personal care products in aquatic organisms. Chlorella vulgaris and Daphnia magna were employed as testing organisms according to the standard methods, the acute single and mixed toxicity of 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone (BP-1), 2,2 ', 4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone (BP-2) were evaluated . We also conducted a mixed toxicity evaluation test for BP-1 amp; BP-3, BP-1, BP-3 amp; BP-4, BP-1, BP-2, BP-3 amp; BP-4. These chemicals are important members of sunscreens in personal care products to protect hair skin from UV rays. The results are as follows:
1, BP-1 had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of C. vulgaris, The toxicity of BP-1 to C. vulgaris.was judged as moderate. BP-1 showed a lethal toxicity to D. magna, The toxicity of BP-1 to D. magna was judged as moderate.
2, BP-2 had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of C. vulgaris, The toxicity of BP-2 to C. vulgaris.was judged as moderate. BP-2 showed a lethal toxicity to D. magna, The toxicity of BP-2 to D. magna was judged as moderate.
3, The mixture of BP-1 and BP-2 showed synergistic effect to C. vulgaris;the mixture of BP-1 and BP-3 were antagonistic to C. vulgaris; the mixture of BP-1, BP-3 and BP-4 were antagonistic C. vulgaris;the mixture of BP-1, BP-2, BP-3 and BP-4 are antagonistic toC. vulgaris;
4 Based on the acute toxicity test data of BP-1 and BP-2, the ecological risk assessment was carried out using the evaluation factor method (AF). The predicted non-effect concentration (PNEC) of BP-1 was 0.00191 mg / L; the PNEC value of BP-2 was 0.00192 mg / L,Still belong to the lower risk of ecological environment of a class of substances.
