摘 要
随着现代化工农业的发展和人口数量的增加,水体污染情况越来越严重,选择合适的水处理方法至关重要。本实验利用微生物法处理生活污水中的蛋白质污染问题。从土壤中分离得到一株枯草芽孢杆菌菌株,初步实验结果表明,该菌株有良好的降解生活污水中蛋白质的能力。对枯草芽孢杆菌培养条件进行优化,实验结果显示,当蛋白质初始浓度为3 g/L,菌株接种量为5 %,培养温度为35 ℃,pH=7,培养时间为72 h时,枯草芽孢杆菌降解生活污水中蛋白质的降解率最高,净水效果最佳。本实验为探究枯草芽孢杆菌处理废水中蛋白质污染问题的最佳条件提供了理论和实践参考。关键词:枯草芽孢杆菌,蛋白质,微生物法,生活污水,净水效果
Abstract: Nowadays, the problem of water pollution is becoming more and more serious, as the industry and agriculture develops and the population grows. So, it is crucial to chose the suitable water treatment method. In this experiment, the microbial treatment was used to treat the protein pollution in domestic sewage. By isolating a strain of bacillus subtilis from contaminated soil, and implemented preliminary experiments, we could find that bacillus subtilis had a good ability to degrade proteins in domestic sewage. The optimizations of the bacillus subtilis showed that when the initial concentration of protein was 3 g/L, strain inoculation quantity was 5 %, the temperature was 35 ℃, pH was 7, and incubation time was 72 h, the degradation rate of the degradation of protein in sewage was highest and the water purification effect was best. This experiment provides a theoretical and practical reference for exploring the optimal conditions for protein contamination in wastewater treatment by Bacillus subtilis.
