摘 要
近年来随着经济不断地迅速发展,水资源的需要和供给产生了很大的问题,水资源的利用合理化引起了广大人们的关注。此外,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,以及生活用水的污染的不断加重,从而导致了生活用水的缺乏,工业用水污染处问题的处理方法和再利用问题引起了广大人们的关注,因此pH控制技术在次方面应用越来越广泛了。另外pH值自动控制过程还主要应用在化学制造类,石油提取类,纸的制造业,药物生产类,给水再利用以及废水再利用之中,在工业加工过程中务必要让pH值在合适的范围之内,在这方面要有严格的要求,不然将有极大概率会出现生产产品不合格,原材料损失,加工过程不能够顺利完成,经济利润下滑,更严重会产生生活环境严重下降,因此将pH值限制在合理的标准内是具有及其大的意义的。
本文首先对pH自动控制加液机的研究背影及意义以及其国内外的发展现状、介绍了stm2、pH自动控制加液机的工作原理、pH自动控制加液机的适应场合、pH自动控制加液机的特点进行了比较全面的分析;其次又对stm32芯片、电源电路、滤波电路、A/D、步进电机、TFT_LCD显示屏、JTAG调试、阻抗匹配、LED、按键等硬件进行了设计;最后对A/D、步进电机、PID控制、TFT_LCD显示屏、LED、按键等软件进行了程序的编写。最主要的是对pH自动控制的主程序进行了调试,并经过多次的调试取得设定的相应值,使得实验圆满成功。与此同时这个实验也为以后的pH值控制加液机系统的创新设想出了另外一条新的思维方式。

Also pH value automatic control process is mainly used in chemical manufacturing, oil extraction, paper manufacturing industry, drug production, water reuse and the waste of reuse among, in industrial processes provided necessary let pH within the appropriate range, in this regard to have strict requirements, otherwise there will be a great probability that there will be a production of substandard products, loss of raw materials, processing can not successfully completed, economic decline in profits, more serious will causes a serious decline in the living environment, so the pH conditions in a reasonable standard is and its significance.
Firstly the pH automatic control liquid filling machine the research background and significance and development status of inside and outside the country, the stm2, pH liquid filling machine working principle of automatic control, automatic pH control liquid filling machine to suit the occasion, a pH automatic control characteristics of liquid filling machine was analyzed in more comprehensive; secondly the STM32 chip, power supply circuit, filter circuit, a / D, step into motors, TFT LCD display, JTAG debug, impedance matching, led, buttons and other hardware design; finally to the A / D, step motor, PID control, TFT LCD display, led, buttons and other software into the program. The most important is the automatic control of the pH of the main program debugging, and after several debugging has set the corresponding value, make the experiment successfully. At the same time this experiment for the future pH value innovation control liquid machine system out of another new way of thinking.
