摘 要
近年来,硅水凝胶镜片因其优越的透氧性成为隐形眼镜市场的主导产品。硅水凝胶镜片中的疏水性硅胶成分增强了氧转移,但也促进了脂质的沉积。因此对应的护理产品主打功能也需要从除蛋白向除脂质方向转变。但目前仍缺少针对隐形眼镜上的脂质沉积物含量的分析方法,阻碍了多功能护理液在提升除脂质效力方面的发展。
本论文对硅水凝胶隐形眼镜的脂质吸附现象进行了模拟研究,建立了硅水凝胶镜片的脂质沉积物主要成分分析方法,为开发新型多功能隐形眼镜护理液提供了理论基础,工作内容如下:
- 建立了硅水凝胶镜片的脂质模拟吸附方法。在室温条件下的恒温摇床内,在人工泪液中浸泡镜片16h,以此模拟硅水凝胶镜片佩戴30天的脂质沉积效果。
- 建立了针对隐形眼镜上所吸附的胆固醇的含量分析方法。通过高效液相法建立了胆固醇浓度-吸收峰面积的标准曲线,所得相关指数R2= 0.99938,线性关系良好。
- 建立了针对隐形眼镜上所吸附的胆固醇的含量分析方法。通过比色法建立了胆固醇浓度-吸光度的标准曲线,所得相关指数R2= 0.99926,线性关系良好。
- 建立了针对多功能隐形眼镜护理液中有效成分的含量分析方法。通过分光光度法建立了EL-35浓度-吸光度的标准曲线,所得相关指数R2= 0.9921,线性关系良好。
- 利用建立的相关脂质含量分析方法评价市面上隐形眼镜多功能护理液及自制护理液的除脂质效果。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, silicone hydrogel lenses have become the leading products in the contact lens market due to their superior oxygen permeability. The hydrophobic silica component in the silicone hydrogel lens enhances oxygen transfer but also promotes lipid deposition. Therefore, the main function of the corresponding care products also needs to change from protein removal to lipid removal. However, there is still a lack of analytical methods for the amount of lipid deposits on contact lenses, which hinders the development of multifunctional care solutions in enhancing lipid removal efficiency.
This thesis intends to simulate the lipid adsorption phenomenon of silicone hydrogel contact lenses, and establish the main component analysis method of lipid deposits in silicone hydrogel lenses, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of new multifunctional contact lens care solutions. as follows:
1) A lipid simulated adsorption method for silicone hydrogel lenses was established. The lens was soaked in artificial tears for 16 hours in a constant temperature shaker at room temperature to simulate the 30-day lipid deposition effect of the silicone hydrogel lens.
2) Established a method for analyzing the amount of cholesterol adsorbed on contact lenses. A standard curve of cholesterol concentration-absorption peak area was established by high performance liquid phase method, and the correlation index R2=0.99938 was obtained, and the linear relationship was good.
3) Establish a method for analyzing the amount of cholesterol adsorbed on contact lenses. A standard curve of cholesterol concentration-absorbance was established by colorimetric method, and the correlation index R2=0.99926 was obtained, and the linear relationship was good.
4) Established a method for analyzing the content of active ingredients in multi-functional contact lens care solution. The standard curve of EL-35 concentration-absorbance was established by spectrophotometry. The correlation index R2=0.9921 was obtained, and the linear relationship was good.
5) Evaluate the lipid-removing effect of the contact lens multi-functional care solution and the self-made care solution on the market by using the established lipid content analysis method.
