摘 要
本论文主要用于异丙醇工艺厂房的管道配布与厂区3D漫游,依靠软件PDMS12.1、NavisWorks2020、Lumion5.0、Sketchup2020等实现。
首先由Aspen导出设备与管道的数据,然后对典型设备和管道的计算选型,建立PDMS数据库,搭建出长为18000mm宽为18000mm车间三维模型图。主要设备有:脱二异丙醚塔T0301,塔径为900mm、塔高28.7m,脱二异丙醚塔T0302,塔径为1000mm、塔高33.8m,水-萃取剂分离塔T0303,塔径为800mm、塔高18.1m;离心泵3台:P0301A/B、P0302A/B、P0303A/B;回流罐3台,分别是:卧式椭圆形封头容器V0301、 立式椭圆形封头容器V0302 、卧式椭圆形封头容器V0303;换热器2台:E0301气相液化空冷器Ⅰ,E0303气相液化空冷器Ⅱ;管壳式换热器7台:E0301稳定吸收冷却器、E0302解吸塔进料热器、E0303稳定塔进料换热器、E0304吸收冷却器、E0305气相冷却器、E0306稳定塔再沸器、E0307稳定塔顶冷凝器。详见附表。
三维厂区的设计主要用于生产某一主要产品从而进行具体的布置和规划建厂,运用Sketchup2020、Navisworks2020进行三维模拟建模,最后运用Lumion5.0进行异丙醇厂区的模拟漫游。本次设计根据异丙醇的生产工艺流程图PID图、PFD图和车间布置图,确定设备布置与管道流向然后搭建平台,完成异丙醇精馏工段部分的三维设计和厂区漫游动画。

3D Design and Roaming Animation Based on PDMS 5wt/a Isopropyl Alcohol Process
Abstract
This paper is mainly used for pipe distribution and 3D Design and Roaming Animation of isopropyl alcohol process plant, which is realized by software PDMS12.1, NavisWorks2020, Lumion5.0, Sketchup2020, etc.
Firstly, the data of equipment and pipeline are exported by Aspen. Then, the PDMS database is established for the calculation and selection of typical equipment and pipeline, and a three-dimensional model diagram of a workshop with a length of 18000mm and a width of 18000mm is built. The main equipment included: diisopropyl ether removal tower T0301 with a diameter of 900mm and a height of 28.7m, and diisopropyl ether removal tower T0302 with a diameter of 1000mm The tower is 33.8m high, the water-extractant separation tower T0303, the tower diameter is 800mm, the tower is 18.1m high; 3 centrifugal pumps :P0301A/B P0302A/B P0303A/B; 3 reflow tanks, respectively: horizontal elliptical head container V0301 vertical elliptical head container V0302 horizontal elliptical head container V0303; 2 heat exchangers :E0301 gas phase liquefied air cooler,E0303 gas phase liquefied air cooler; 7 shell and tube heat exchangers :E0301 stable absorption cooler E0302 desorption tower feed heat heater E0303 stable tower feed heat exchanger E0304 absorption cooler E0305 gas phase cooler E0306 stabilizer tower reboiler E0307 stable tower top condenser. The design of 3D factory area is mainly used for the production of a major product to carry out specific layout and plant planning. Sketchup2020 and Navis Works2020 are used for 3D simulation modeling. Finally, Lumion5.0 is used for simulation roaming of isopropyl alcohol factory area. This design according to the isopropanol production process flow chart PID diagram, PFD diagram and workshop layout, determine the equipment layout and pipeline flow direction and then build the platform, complete the isopropanol rectification section of the 3D design and factory roaming animation.

第一章 绪 论
1.1 引 言
本文主要描述了运用PDMS12.1、NavisWorks2020、Lumion5.0、Sketchup2020等三维设计软件实现异丙醇工艺厂房的管道布置与厂区3D漫游,而PDMS作为目前化工设计软件中的主流软件,也是本次设计中的主导软件,因此本文也将把它作为重中之重重点研究与深入探讨。
PDMS(Plant Design Mangement System三维工厂设计管理系统)是以配管为主体多项目协同的三维设计软件,是国内设计院普遍运用的一款三维设计软件,主要用于精细化工方面的三维设计,因其在三维化工设计中具有较大的潜力,故本次设计将采用PDMS12.1以实现年产5wt/a异丙醇的三维管道设计工艺流程,除此之外还将运用NavisWorks2020、Lumion5.0、Sketchup2020等设计软件实现其3D漫游部分,以检查设计过程中存在的问题,方便后期修改,最后运用到实际工厂建设中去。[1]
