摘 要
随着城乡一体化的不断推进,城镇空间及产业布局的变化明显加快,城乡间的交通联系日益密切,城乡间居民的出行交流也逐渐增多。为满足城乡间居民的出行需求,城乡公交线网的规划迫在眉睫。然而传统的城区内规划由于空间分布、客流特征的不同并不能很好地适用于城乡间公交线网的规划。因此,在实际情况下需要具体适用于城乡间线网规划的方法与步骤。
本文首先在城乡一体化的大背景下分析了城乡公交线网规划的原则与规划思路,通过对城乡间居民出行特征的分析,提出了适合城乡线网规划的方法。首先采用经验法和聚类法确定城乡出行走廊,利用节点重要度选取枢纽站点,最终确定主要的公交走廊。接着根据实际空间布局选择适合的城乡线网布局模式与衔接模式。最后,将线网分为三个层次,对一级线网采用最大路线效率搜索法选取布设,对二级线网采用“逐条布设、优化成网”的方法连接,对三级线网采用Hamilton回路法布设。
最后,文章以惠州市惠城区为例,分析了惠城区城乡线网的现状,提出了一些亟需解决的问题,给出了线网规划的方案,将理论方法运用到实际生活中。

Study of urban-rural transit network planning
Abstract
With the development of urban-rural integration,the change of spatial distribution and industry distribution in urban and rural area has been accelerated, the transport relationship between urban and rural area has been more closely linked, and the communication between these two area has increased, too. In order to meet the needs of going out for the people in both city and countryside, the urban and rural transit network planning is extremely urgent. However, the spatial distributions and the characteristics of passenger flow between urban and rural area are different, and the traditional network planning method for the city inside isn’t suitable for the new area. Therefor we need to develop a series of new methods to guide the planning work.
This paper analyze the principles of transit network planning and the planning procedure on the background of urban-rural integration. By analyzing the travel characteristics of resident in the rural area, this paper puts forward a series of methods which are fit for urban-rural transit network planning. First, the empirical approach and clustering procedure are used to identify the travel corridor between urban and rural area, and then determine the junction station by node importance method, and finally determine the main transit corridor. This paper provides four kinds of layout pattern and three kinds of connecting modes. At last, this paper divides the whole network into three level: for the first level, the biggest route efficiency search method are used to determine the layout; for the second level, the important junction stations and central towns are supposed to be connected; for the third level, Hamilton circle method can be used to choose the best route.
At last, this paper takes Huicheng as an example, by analyzing the current situation of transit network, proposes some urgent problems, and concludes a planning scheme.
