摘要

粮食物流园区是初伴随现代物流业发展产生的新型业态，是以粮食物流企业为基础形成的产业集群，起初只分布于沿江、沿海经济区。近年来随着物流业在国家政策大力支持下高速发展，建设物流园区带来的社会、经济效益愈加明显，越来越多沿海、内陆地区都着手建设起粮食物流园区。

然而，在粮食物流园区数量扩张过程中，部分园区存在着功能定位不明确、资源浪费、运营效率低等问题。粮食物流园区的建设运营水平与其发展模式的选择有很大关系。粮食物流园区的发展模式主要指物流园区为实现发展目标所采取的发展措施和选择的发展道路，是园区对外部发展环境和自身发展条件进行互动优化和选择的结果。正确的发展模式能够帮助物流园区提出合理的发展方案、促进发展目标的实现，同时指导园区的基础建设、运营管理，对粮食物流园区的发展具有战略性意义。

首先，本文通过对文献资料的阅读整理阐述了粮食物流园区的内涵，分析了我国粮食物流体系现状，指出未来粮食物流将呈现粮食四散化、作业机械化、控制自动化、管理信息化的趋势和特征，对发展模式进行了总结，并简要介绍了与发展模式相关的产业集群理论、交易费用成本理论。

其次，通过对多个典型粮食物流园区案例的研究，从园区外部的交通条件、粮食生产条件和园区自身特点等方面进行综合分析，结合园区产业链上下游企业集聚情况，提炼出了“物流 交易”、“物流 加工 交易”、“物流 产业链”、“平台 供应链”四种粮食物流园区的发展模式，并对每一种发展模式的内涵进行研究阐述，提出相应的适用条件和实施对策。

再次，提出粮食物流园区选择发展模式的方法，主要思想是对园区所在地生产条件、枢纽能力、产业条件、经济社会条件、竞争环境、园区基础条件进行量化分析，确定园区发展过程中具备的有利因素。

最后，本文选择了一个粮食物流园区规划的案例，通过对园区外部发展环境、园区基础条件进行分析，运用模糊综合评价法判断其发展过程中的有利因素，并以此为依据选择发展模式，提出了针对性的发展建议。

Abstract

Grain logistics park is a new type of business with the development of modern logistics industry. It is an industrial cluster based on grain logistics enterprises. At first, it was only located in coastal economic zones along the river. In recent years, with the rapid development of logistics industry supported by national policies, the construction of logistics parks brings more and more considerable social and economic benefits. More and more coastal and inland regions have started to build grain logistics parks.

However, in the process of expanding the number of grain logistics parks, some parks emerge problems such as unclear function positioning, waste of resources and low operating efficiency. The construction and operation level of grain logistics park is closely related to its development mode. The development mode of grain logistics park mainly refers to the development measures and the development path chosen by the logistics park to achieve the development goals. It is the result of interactive optimization and selection of the external development environment and its own development conditions by the park. The correct development mode can help the logistics park put forward a reasonable development plan, promote the realization of development goals, and guide the infrastructure construction and operation management of the park, which is of strategic significance to the development of food logistics park.

First of all, this article through to in the literature reading expounds the connotation of grain logistics park, analysis of the current situation of China's grain logistics system, points out that the future will present the trends and characteristics of grain logistics four bulk chemical food, homework mechanization, automation control, management informationization, the development patterns are summarized, and briefly introduces the related to the development model of industrial cluster theory, transaction cost theory.

Secondly, through case studies of several typical grain logistics park, from the external traffic conditions, food production conditions and park characteristics, a comprehensive analysis, combined with the park industry chain upstream and downstream enterprises agglomeration, refined out of "LOGISTICS TRADE", " LOGISTICS PROCESSING TRADE ", "LOGISTICS INDUSTRY CHAIN, the "PLATFORM SUPPLY CHAIN" four food logistics park development pattern, and the study of the connotation of every kind of development model, the applicable conditions and implementation of corresponding countermeasures.

Thirdly, the method of selecting development mode of grain logistics park is proposed. The main idea is to conduct quantitative analysis on the production conditions, hub capacity, industrial conditions, economic and social conditions, competitive environment and basic conditions of the park, and determine the favorable factors in the development process of the park.

Finally, this paper selects a case of grain logistics park planning, analyzes the external development environment and basic conditions of the park, and USES the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to judge the favorable factors in its development process. Based on this, it selects the development mode and puts forward targeted development suggestions.
