摘 要

随着改革开放以来以及全国双创的社会氛围下，我国的国民经济近年来得到了飞快的发展，但是许多基础设施仍有待建设。工业化水平的提高导致工业类设施设备也向大型化方向发展。近几年来，国家重点在核电、水电、路桥、轨道交通等领域的大规模建设，各种大型工业设施设备逐渐增多。我国的大件运输经过几十年的发展，虽然逐渐完善，但是相比于欧美等发达国家，差距仍然存在。大件货物往往具有高价值，甚至是不可替代的，如何将大件货物安全、高效的运送至目的地，对我国的工程建设具有重大意义。

公路运输在大件运输中是具有独特优势的一种运输方式，公路运输方案在实际设计中需要考虑的因素较多，例如路线、设备、装卸等。首先，本文在第二章对大件运输相关的研究做了分析概述；然后，在借鉴学习了大量国内大件运输案例的基础上，第三章以南车集团的地铁车辆运输为例，分析了地铁车辆运输需求，给出总体方案设计；最后，在第四章主要根据地铁车辆运输需求，制定了运输方案，整个运输方案包括运输设备选择、运输线路选择、加固方案以及制定运输过程的安全保障，增加运输方案在现实中的可行性。

本课题的研究设计成果主要在于通过以地铁车辆为例的运输方案设计，为同类型或者相似的大件设备进行运输组织设计提供了参考，为其他道路大件设备运输企业提供了借鉴意义。

Abstract

With the promotion of reform and opening up and the double-insurance social atmosphere in China, China’s national economy has developed rapidly in recent years, but many infrastructures still need to be built. The increase in the level of industrialization has led to the development of large-scale industrial facilities and equipment. In recent years, the country has focused on the large-scale construction of nuclear power, hydropower, roads and bridges, and rail transit, and various large-scale industrial facilities and equipment have gradually increased. After decades of development, China's large-scale transportation has gradually improved. However, compared with developed countries such as Europe and the United States, the gap still exists. Large-size goods often have high value, and they are even irreplaceable. How to transport large-size goods safely and efficiently to their destinations is of great significance to the construction of our country's projects.

Road transport is a transportation method with unique advantages in large-scale transportation. There are many factors that need to be considered in the actual design of road transportation plans, such as routes, equipment, and loading and unloading. First of all, in the second chapter, this article summarizes the research related to large-scale transport, and then learns from the large number of domestic large-scale transport cases. Then, the third chapter takes the example of the transportation of subway vehicles by the CSR Group as an example. The overall plan design was given for the needs of metro vehicle transportation. Finally, in Chapter IV, the transportation plan was formulated based on the needs of metro vehicles. The entire transportation plan included the selection of transportation equipment, selection of transportation routes, reinforcement schemes, and the establishment of transportation safety. Guarantee to increase the feasibility of the transport plan in reality.

The research and design results of this project are mainly based on the transportation scheme design using metro vehicles as examples, which provides a reference for the transport organization design of the same or similar large-scale equipment, and provides reference for other large road equipment transport companies.

随着改革开放40年以来，我国在工业、经济发展中取得巨大的进步。在国家相关政策的支持下，我国的基础工业水平得到突飞猛进的发展，大型桥梁、核电站、水电站、轨道运输等都取得了巨大的进步。各种大型基础设施和大型工程的项目建设数量和规模均有见长形式，而支持这些大型项目的设备设施运输也正逐渐增多，导致大件货物运输在我国急需各种人才、资金、技术去协助发展。
