南京市共享单车与公共自行车竞争效益分析

摘要

公共自行车是城市公共交通的重要组成部分，是解决出行“最后一公里”的重要举措，而共享单车如雨后春笋般出现并迅速发展壮大，对公共自行车产生了巨大的冲击。本文在分析公共自行车和共享单车的使用特性的基础上，明确了两者的定位，并通过综合效益的对比分析及用户满意度的评价，在此基础上提出了发展对策。

首先，本文通过文献资料数据和调查数据分析了公共自行车和共享单车的使用特性，通过两者使用特性的对比分析分别确定其解决的交通问题，并在此基础上明确了两者的定位。

其次，参照公共自行车的效益计算模型，以南京市为例计算公共自行车和共享单车各个方面的效益，分析两者在竞争中的优劣势。

进而，通过问卷调查确定用户对公共自行车和共享单车的满意度，采用层次分析法和模糊评价法对调查结果进行分析计算，最后得到两者各级指标的模糊评价。

最后，根据公共自行车和共享单车的定位，综合两者效益计算结果和模糊评价值，针对效益中较低的方面以及评价值中较低的指标，提出相应的发展对策。

Analysis on Competitive Benefit of Sharing Bicycle and Public Bicycle in Nanjing

Abstract

Public bicycle is an important part of urban public transport and is an important measure to solve the "last mile" of travel. Shared bicycles developed rapidly and had a huge impact on the public bicycle. In this paper, the characteristics of public bicycles and shared bicycles are analyzed, and their positioning is defined. The development countermeasures are put forward through the comparative analysis of comprehensive benefits and the evaluation of user satisfaction.

First of all, in this paper, the characteristics of public bicycles and shared bicycles are analyzed by means of literature data and survey data. And then determine their position.

Secondly, with reference to the utility bike's benefit model, calculate the benefits of public bicycles and shared bicycles in all aspects, analyze their advantages and disadvantages in the competition.

Furthermore, the questionnaire was used to determine the user's satisfaction with public bicycles and shared bicycles. Using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method to analyze the survey results, and finally get the fuzzy evaluation of each index.

Finally, according to the positioning of public bicycles and shared bicycles, the results of their benefit calculation and fuzzy evaluation are integrated and improvement measures are proposed.

绪论

选题的背景意义

公共自行车，是"公共自行车出行系统"的简称。公共自行车系统通常以城市为单位进行建设，由数据中心、自行车站点、停车桩位、自行车及相应的服务设备组成^[1][1]。公共自行车是由政府或企业提供，设有固定租赁点，在一定时间内免费使用的一种城市交通工具。

而最近一种新型的自行车快速进入人们的视野，这就是共享单车。共享单车最早是由北大校园创业产生的，它能够有效地解决“出行最后一公里”的用户痛点，而且作为一种健康绿色的出行方式，得到了广大用户的欢迎。
