电商快递包装循环再利用体系设计

摘要
随着经济的发展和网络的普及,我国的电子商务取得了飞速的发展,与其密不可分的快递行业也随之蒸蒸日上,2016年全年我国快递业务量达到了313.5亿件,收入破4000亿,稳居世界第一。然而快递行业爆发式成长的同时却带来了一系列的环保问题,大量快递包装不合理利用带来的资源浪费和引发的环境污染越发严重,与国家倡导的可持续发展和绿色物流的理念背道而驰,这一日益突出的问题亟待解决。
因此,本文首先分析了电商发展的趋势,在此基础上研究了电商快递包装的浪费现状和导致浪费的原因,并且探索了我国现有的快递包装回收模式,提出了基于便捷有效的快递包装回收模式的综合型快递包装循环再利用体系,促进快递回收过程系统化、快捷化、低成本化。
本文针对不同的群体——消费者、快递企业、第三方回收企业,提出了三类具有一定可行性的回收模式,设计中汇集了大量社会资源进行合理利用,并且加入创新理念,运用“互联网 ”思想及技术,充分考虑了所有参与者的目的和需求。然后在这三种模式的基础上提出了一个具体的综合型快递包装循环再利用体系,利用APP、信息平台等网络客户端、网络平台,把消费者、各个企业、政府部门等联系起来,利用公共设施设备,结合人力物力,将快递包装的回收流程进行了细化,并在最后对体系的盈利模式进行了分析。
最后本文以某一第三方回收企业为例,对快递包装的循环再利用过程中的网点选择、回收分配以及成本优化等问题进行了模型设计,并运用LINGO进行求解,求解结果具有一定可行性和有效性。

ABSTRACT
As the economy and the internet spread, e-commerce in China grew rapidly, and express industry, which is strongly associated with e-commerce, has also been booming.In the year 2016, the number of express in China reached 31 billion 350 million, and the revenue was 400 billion, ranking first in the world.
But the rapid growth of theexpress industry has led to a series of environmental problems. The irrational use of large quantities of express packaging leads to the waste of resources and environmental pollution, which is drawing further apart with the idea of sustainable development and green logistics. This increasingly prominent problem is urgently to be solved.
This paper, therefore, starts with the analysis of the trend of e-commerce development, then based on it, studys the waste of e-commerce packageing and causes of waste. And explored the current recovery mode in China. Afterwards, the paper puts forward to create a better recycling system based on a convenient and efficient recovery mode, promoting the recovery process of express packaging systematic, quick and low cost.
This paper focuses on different groups of consumers, express enterprises and third-party recyclers, and then puts up with three types of recycling modes. The design has gathered a lot of social resources to make reasonable use as much as possible,joins innovative ideas in it and use the “internet plus”, fully considering the purpose and demand of all participants. And then, in the three modes, propose a specific integrated express packaging recycling system, using network clients such as APP, the information platform and web platforms to connect consumers, businesses,and government departments.And use public facilities, combined with manpower and material resources to subtle the process of express packaging recycling, then analyze the profitability model of the system finally.
Finally, the paper choses a third-party recyclers and proposes a model designed to decide the chioce of points, recycle distribution and cost optimization during the recycling process. At last this paper uses Lingo to solve the results, the results have a certain feasibility and validity.
