基于POI的南京空港经济产业特征分析

摘 要

在科技进步和全球化的影响下，航空运输业的快速发展导致了世界范围内产业结构和布局的变化，产生了一种新的区域经济形态——空港经济，这种经济以机场资源为依托，以新的高端技术力量为支撑。空港经济区的经济产业特征分布的合理化对于空港经济的发展和居民的生活需求等方面具有重要意义。本次课题以南京市机场空港经济区为研究对象，通过爬取POI（兴趣点）数据并结合GIS分析平台，用核密度分析法与平均最邻近法对空港经济产业数据进行了分析，将POI数据以其不同的服务功能分类再细化分析，得出了南京空港经济区的经济产业分布呈现聚集特征，研究结果可以为空港经济产业发展政策的制定提供决策参考。

Analysis on the Characteristics of Nanjing Airport Economic Industry Based on POI

Abstract

Under the influence of technological progress and globalization, the rapid development of the air transport industry has led to changes in the industrial structure and layout worldwide, resulting in a new regional economic form-the airport economy, which is based on airport resources , Supported by new high-end technology. The rationalization of the distribution of the economic and industrial characteristics of the Airport Economic Zone is of great significance to the development of the airport economy and the living needs of residents. This project takes the Nanjing Airport Airport Economic Zone as the research object. By crawling POI (POInts of interest) data and combining with the GIS analysis platform, the nuclear density analysis method and the average nearest neighbor method are used to analyze the airport economic industry data, and the POI The data is further refined and analyzed based on its different service function classifications, and it is concluded that the distribution of economic industries in Nanjing Airport Economic Zone presents agglomeration characteristics. The research results can provide decision-making reference for the formulation of airport economic and industrial development policies.
