摘 要
如今,随着社会经济的发展和人们生活质量的不断提高,私家车、电动车、共享单车等车辆的数量也越来越多,随之而来的问题是道路拥堵状况日益严重,为了满足人们对于居住环境和交通通行的要求,城市道路施工成为了重中之重,但如何缓解城市道路施工期间交通分流的问题又成为了新的问题。因此,需要在施工前研究交通分流的方案,可以大大缓解城市道路因施工导致原有的车道数减少,侵占人行道使道路通行能力降低的现象,并合理地进行交通分流,缓解交通压力。
本论文以应天大街高架护栏的升级改造为例,研究因施工给人们的出行与生活带来不便的解决方案,因此针对城市道路施工期的交通分流,提出方案进行研究,得出一个更有利于交通分流的方案来缓解城市道路施工期的交通压力。具体内容为通过研究城市道路交通分流的原则与思路,分析了城市道路施工期对交通的影响,提出施工期间机动车、非机动车、行人与道路的交通特性及影响范围,对城市道路施工方案进行分析,提出科学合理、运行高效、可操作的施工期交通分流具体措施与区域分流方案,最后结合实例对施工期交通分流方案,从区域分流通道、路段分流通道方面进行了可行性和有效性验证。

Study on traffic diversion scheme during urban road construction -- taking Yingtian street as an example
Abstract
Nowadays, with the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, the number of private cars, electric vehicles, shared bicycles and other vehicles is also increasing. The following problem is the increasingly serious road congestion. In order to meet people's requirements for living environment and traffic, urban road construction has become the top priority, but how to alleviate the urban road construction period The problem of traffic diversion has become a new one. Therefore, it is necessary to study the scheme of traffic diversion before construction, which can greatly alleviate the phenomenon that the number of original lanes of urban roads is reduced due to construction, and the capacity of roads is reduced due to occupation of sidewalks, and reasonably carry out traffic diversion to relieve the traffic pressure.
This paper takes the upgrading of the viaduct guardrail of Yingtian street as an example to study the solutions to the inconvenience of people's travel and life caused by the construction. Therefore, according to the traffic diversion during the construction period of the urban road, the paper puts forward a scheme for research, and obtains a scheme more conducive to the traffic diversion to alleviate the traffic pressure during the construction period of the urban road. The specific content is to study the principles and ideas of urban road traffic diversion, analyze the impact of urban road construction period on traffic, put forward the traffic characteristics and influence scope of motor vehicles, non motor vehicles, pedestrians and roads during the construction period, analyze the urban road construction scheme, and put forward scientific, reasonable, efficient and operable specific measures and areas of traffic diversion during the construction period Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the traffic diversion scheme in the construction period are verified from the aspects of regional diversion channel and road section diversion channel.

随着我国经济的持续高速发展和城市化进程的不断加快,城市规模也在不断地扩大,但与此同时交通设施的压力也在增大,导致交通通行能力下降,引发交通拥堵,于是人们投入大量的人力、物力和财力进行交通设施的建设与改善。这些建设和改善大大缓解了城市的交通压力,减少了交通拥堵的现象,提升了城市服务能力和城市化质量,使城市道路得到了更有效地利用,虽然这些交通设施的改造升级将导致城市发生重大变化,但施工期间却会对城市交通造成进一步地不利影响。
