天华南路交通分析与优化

摘 要

随着我国社会主义现代化进程推进，交通机动化水平也在逐年提高。改善城市交通拥堵已成为政府部门治理城市涉及民生问题的重大课题。近年来，拥堵逐渐从大城市蔓延到中小城市，从高峰转移到平峰时段。因此，人们开始投入交通优化，力争能减少出行成本、提升效率的方法，提供更多的科学理论依据。城市道路交叉口作为瓶颈，交通事故频繁发，因此合理的组织优化是解决城市交通拥堵问题的关键。

本文主要对天华南路交通组织进行调查，包括天华南路概况、周边用地性质、交通基础设施、路段交通量及车速、相关交叉口交通量、行人过街设施、周边停车设置等交通组织，通过人工调查等方法进行初步调查解析，获取各项数据结果；再通过对天华南路的交通调查结果，开展道路交通数据研究分析，通过分析路段特性、路段行车组织、交叉口特性、停车问题等，找到天华南路存在的道路交通问题，以便于为方案设计提供依据，为交通组织优化方案做基础；最后分析天华南路存在的交通问题，根据时间和空间的均衡、交通分离、交通控制与调节、宏观微观和区域交通组织优化等原理，结合天华南路现状，分析并提出路段交通组织优化改善方案。通过理论总结与分析，结合具体的实地调研、计算和分析评价，探讨天华南路的交通组织优化、行人过街问题、道路基础设施、交叉口组织、停车问题、监控监管等方面的方案，结合调研结果，设计优化方案。

Traffic analysis and optimization of South Tianhua Road

Abstract

With the acceleration of China"s modernization, the level of traffic motorization is also increasing year by year, and the growth rate is still very high. How to improve urban traffic congestion has become a major issue for government departments to govern the city, and also a major measure related to people"s livelihood. In recent years, congestion has gradually spread from big cities to small and medium-sized cities, from peak hours to peak hours, so it is urgent to solve the problem of traffic congestion. At the same time, more and more experts and scholars begin to pay attention to the research of traffic problems, and strive to explore some effective measures to reduce travel costs and improve travel efficiency, so as to provide more theoretical and scientific basis for the actual traffic management and control. As the bottleneck of road section, urban road intersection is the gathering place of huge and complex traffic flow, the place where traffic accidents occur frequently, and the crux of traffic congestion. Therefore, reasonable organization and optimization of intersection can be said to be the key to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion.

This paper mainly investigates the traffic organization of South Tianhua Road, including the general situation of South Tianhua Road, the nature of surrounding land, traffic infrastructure, traffic volume and speed of road section, traffic volume of relevant intersections, pedestrian crossing facilities, peripheral parking facilities and other traffic organizations. Through manual investigation and other methods, preliminary investigation and analysis are carried out to obtain various data results; Based on the traffic survey results of South Tianhua Road, the paper studies and analyzes the road traffic data, finds out the existing road traffic problems of South Tianhua road by analyzing the road section characteristics, traffic organization, intersection characteristics and parking problems, so as to provide the basis for the scheme design and make the foundation for the traffic organization optimization scheme; Finally, the paper analyzes the existing traffic problems of Tianhua South Road, and puts forward the traffic organization optimization improvement scheme according to the principles of time and space balance, traffic separation, traffic control and adjustment, macro and micro and regional traffic organization optimization, combined with the current situation of Tianhua South Road. Through theoretical summary and analysis, combined with specific field research, calculation, analysis and evaluation, this paper discusses the traffic organization optimization, pedestrian crossing problem, road infrastructure, intersection organization, parking problem, monitoring and supervision of Tianhua South Road, and designs the optimization scheme based on the research results.
