摘 要

配送中心是物流配送环节中的关键，也就是企业实施供应链管理的重要措施。从多年发展物流产业的经济比较发达的国家的经验证明，在物流配送作业环节中，配送中心作业所耗费的人力、物力很大，是整个配送过程中一个耗费最多的环节。

配送中心通过对商品的运输、配送、装卸搬运、信息处理等进行合理的管理，从而减轻作业的劳动强度，减少商品的损耗，提高仓库的周转率，加速商品流通的流通速度，降低物流流通的成本，提高社会的需求，从而在一定程度上降低家电销售的成本，增强企业的社会竞争力。由此可知，必须要有效的合理规划配送中心的作业流程，使配送中心提高到一个新的高度。

本论文选择家电销售企业配送中心作业流程设计为研究内容，从家电配送中心的储位及拣货系统相结合的规划设计来对家电配送中心进行合理规划设计。这些年来，家电销售的市场竞争越来越激烈，要在未来的市场竞争中有一定的发展空间，我们需要重视物流网络的模式建设，以配送中心为重点，开展家电销售配送业务。

Design Of Distribution Center For Home Appliance Distribution Center

ABSTRACT

Distribution center is the key step of logistics distribution, also is the enterprise the important measure to implement supply chain management.From the economic development of the logistics industry for many years to compare the experience of developed countries has been proved that the logistics distribution operations, distribution center operation the amount of manpower and material resources is very big, is a consumes most steps in the process of the entire distribution.

Distribution center through transportation, distribution, loading and unloading of goods transport, information processing and so on carries on the reasonable management, so as to reduce the labor intensity of operation, reduce the wastage of the products, improve the turnover of the warehouse, accelerate the velocity of circulation of commodities, reduce the cost of logistics distribution, increase the demand of the society, which to a certain extent, reduce the cost of home appliance sales, strengthen social competitiveness of the enterprise."Accordingly, we must effectively reasonable planning of the distribution center operation process, distribution center to a new height.

This paper select electrical appliances sale enterprise distribution center as the research content, work flow design from home appliance distribution center store and picking system planning and design of combining to make reasonable planning and design of home appliance distribution center.Over the years, home appliance sales market competition is more and more intense, want to be in the future market competition has certain development space, we need to pay attention to the pattern of logistics network construction, focusing on the distribution center, home appliance sales and distribution business.

1.1研究的背景

在当今社会经济飞速发达、科技逐渐进步和信息发展不断完善的的社会环境下，我们所处的经济环境进入了一个全球化和市场化的新地步。在这样的社会环境中，物流活动逐渐成为了促进经济增长的新动力，在现代化的物流发展中，促进了经济和商业的发展速度，物流活动在现代化的发展中起着至关最重要的作用。物流作为现代化经济增长的快速发展途径，是物流企业在降低成本，提高生产效益和提高劳动生产效率的重要利润关键。

现代物流是包含了信息化、经济化、智能化、系统化、标准化和社会化为一体的技术。物流在当今社会逐步发展，从以前单纯的物流仓库的储存商品的物流活动，到如今已经发展到了对物流系统、管理以及技术的各方面合理化应用。因此，一个合理化科学化的物流配送中心，可以更加有效地对物流活动进行行科学高效的管理，对物流产生更大的提升空间，促进现代化的物流发展。
