旭日华庭居民出行特性分析

摘 要

城市规划、交通规划对于城市未来发展有着重要影响，直接关系到居民出行的方便、经济、速度、安全和舒适。城市规划与交通规划互相影响，合理的交通规划能够促进城市的发展。交通规划应当首先基于居民出行特征展开，而后通过合理地规划用地类型和规模设计出符合城市未来发展的规划成果。

论文以旭日华庭小区为研究区域，以居民出行特征调查与分析为主要研究内容，结合小区入住率。采用问卷调查的方式，对出行频数、出行时间、出行方式、出行距离、年龄、性别、收入等问题进行调查。运用数理统计方法，对调查所获得的数据进行整理。接着分别对旭日华庭小区居民的个体特征、居民的总体出行特征以及不同收入阶层的居民的出行特征进行分析，并用图表直观呈现出来。

最后，在上述分析的基础上，预测该小区居民未来的出行需求，并结合地铁三号线对居民出行的影响，对该小区的配套交通提出改善意见，为城市用地、交通设施、基础服务设施以及用地功能合理组合提供依据。

The residents travel characteristics analysis of Xurihuating

Abstract

Urban planning and transportation planning have an important influence on the future development of the city,the residents travel how convenient,economic,fast,safe and comfortable are directly related.Urban planning and transportation planning influence each other,reasonable transportation planning can promote the development of the city.Transportation planning should be firstly based on the residents trip characteristics,and then work out the planning results that conform to the future development of the city by planning type and scale of land in reason.

The paper does research on Xurihuating community,investigating and analyzing the residents trip characteristics as the main research content. I investigate travel frequency, travel time, travel mode,travel distance,age,gender,family income and other issues by using questionnaire survey,and clear up the survey data with the method of mathematical statistics.Then I respectively analyze the individual characteristics,overall travel characteristics and travel characteristics of different income levels on the residents of Xurihuating community,and illustrate visually by chart.

Finally,based on the analysis above,I predict the future demand of the community residents travel,and put up with improvement opinions on auxiliary transportation of the community, combining with the influence on residents travel of metro line 3,to provide the basis for urban land,transportation facilities,basic service facilities and reasonable combination of land functions.
