智能手机对大学生学习效果的影响研究

摘 要

本文主要采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、统计分析法、相关性分析四种研究方法。其中文献研究法主要应用于研究前半部分文献的搜集和整理，在参考相关理论和文献的基础上，从使用智能手机进行学习的使用意愿、学习效果、满意度等角度对智能手机对大学生学习行为影响研究进行了调查。接着使用问卷调查法，选取东南大学成贤学院的大学生作为调查对象，并通过spss对获取的数据，利用统计分析和相关分析的研究方法进行整理分析。

最终得出以下结论：①是否有学习效果、付费是否合理、移动手机端的便捷性、平台功能是否人性化、教学水平等是影响大学生是否愿意使用智能手机进行学习的关键因素。②使用智能手机进行学习是否满意、使用智能手机是否可以提高学习能力、有无使用智能手机学习的习惯、学习是否集中注意力、学习之前是否制定学习目标均对大学生使用手机进行学习的效果有显著相关。③同时，平台技术、教学水平、课程内容、师生互动均与大学生使用智能手机进行学习的满意度显著影响。

此外，本文针对如何提升大学生使用智能手机进行学习的满意度，分别从平台和教师两个维度给出了相关建议，比如提升教学水平、丰富课程内容、加大平台技术投入、增加师生互动等，以期在提高大学生使用智能手机进行学习的满意度上能发挥作用。

The Research on The Influence of Smart Phone on The Learning Behavior of College Students

Abstract

This paper mainly adopts four research methods: literature research, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and correlation analysis. Literature research method is mainly applied to the collection and collation of the first half of the research. On the basis of referring to relevant theories and literature, this paper investigates and analyzes the impact of smart phones on College Students" learning behavior from the perspectives of willingness to use smart phones for learning, learning effect and satisfaction. Then, using the method of questionnaire survey, the students of Chengxian College of Southeast University are selected as the survey objects, and the data are analyzed by SPSS, using the research methods of statistical analysis and correlation analysis.

Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: ① whether the learning is effective, whether the payment is reasonable, the recommendation of surrounding students, the convenience of mobile phones, whether the learning platform is humanized, and the level of teachers are the key factors that affect whether college students are willing to use smart phones for learning. ② The satisfaction of using smart phones for learning, whether they think that using smart phones can improve learning ability, whether they have the habit of using smart phones for learning, whether they focus on learning, and whether they set learning goals before learning are all significantly related to the effect of using smart phones for learning. ③ At the same time, platform technology, teaching level, course content and teacher-student interaction all have a significant impact on students" satisfaction with using smart phones.

In addition, this study aims at how to improve college students" satisfaction with learning by using smart phones, and gives relevant suggestions from two dimensions of platform and teachers, such as improving teaching level, enriching course content, increasing platform technology investment, increasing teacher-student interaction, etc., in order to play a role in improving college students" satisfaction with learning by using smart phones.

1.1 研究背景

近年来，“移动端 教育”产业逐渐成为资本青睐的投资风口。由于技术、市场以及政策等方面的多重推动，移动在线教育领域飞速发展。据统计，2016年至2019年，教育行业整体线上化率由8%-10% 提升至13%-15%。由于2020年新冠疫情的影响，在线教育的规模同比增长35.5%至2573亿元，整体线上化率23-25%。据艾瑞咨询统计，2020年在线教育融资金额1034亿元，占比89%。
