新冠疫情对居民网络消费影响研究

摘 要

2019年底突然爆发的新冠疫情,给人们生活的方方面面都带来了影响,各行各业因此遭受了巨大打击。在如今的网络时代下,网络消费给疫情期间的人们带来了极大的便利。在这段居家、办公、上学的日子里,网络经济得以快速发展,人们的消费方式逐步走向线上,网购成为人们的生活常态。居民的消费方式,消费结构,消费特征都发生了一定变化。研究新冠疫情下的居民网络消费,可以更好的对消费者心理、消费能力、消费对象等方面进行分析,对于进一步提出消费建议和研究消费转型具有重要实践意义。

本文研究发现,疫情对于网络消费的发展具有促进作用。居民不仅对于网购的看法产生了改变,而且网络消费结构,金额及购买频率等方面都受到了一定的影响。同时“云旅游”、线上教育、线上电影院、在线医疗都促进了消费模式的创新。目前条件下,虽然中国电子商务正处于快速迭代发展与模式创新中,但居民网购还存在物流配送慢、平台安全及消费者判定能力弱等问题,需要及时采取优化城市配送体系、提升电商平台安全等相关措施,完善机制和稳定秩序来提升消费环境。

Study on the Impact of COVID-19 on Residents" Online Consumption

Abstract

The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019 has affected every aspect of people"s lives, and industries have been hit hard by it. In today"s Internet era, online consumption has brought great convenience to people during the epidemic period. In this period of home, office and school days, the network economy has been developing rapidly, people"s consumption mode is gradually moving to the online, online shopping has become the normal life of people. Residents" consumption mode, consumption structure and consumption characteristics have all changed to a certain extent. The study of residents" online consumption under the COVID-19 epidemic can better analyze consumers" psychology, consumption ability, consumption objects and other aspects, which is of great practical significance for further proposing consumption suggestions and studying consumption transformation.

This study found that the epidemic has a promoting effect on the development of online consumption. Residents" views on online shopping have not only changed, but also the structure, amount and frequency of online consumption have been affected to a certain extent. At the same time, "cloud tourism", online education, online cinema and online medical treatment have all promoted the innovation of consumption patterns. Under the current conditions, although China"s e-commerce is in rapid iterative development and model innovation, there are still some problems to be solved in residents" online shopping. It is necessary to take timely measures to improve the consumption environment by improving the mechanism and stabilizing the order.
