顺丰仓库的经营管理模式——以南京顺丰江宁仓库为例

摘 要

仓库能够帮助一个企业加速商品流转,提高物流的效率和质量,帮助解决一些因为物流速度引起的一系列的问题。高效仓库能够帮助企业在众多的竞争对手中脱颖而出,节省物流运作的成本,为企业创造更高的经济效益,避免了一些不必要的资源浪费。在众多物流快递公司中,顺丰凭借着优秀的经营管理模式在其中脱颖而出,成为了国际知名的物流快递企业。顺丰有着自己的储物仓库,与客户直接对接,避免了一些不必要的时间浪费,这也是它能成为国内首屈一指的物流企业的原因。研究顺丰仓库的经营管理,对于提高我国物流业效率具有重要的理论意义。本文的目的就是通过对仓库管理上存在的问题进行分析,提出一定的建议,帮助企业提高效率,取得更好的成绩。

本文将自己学习到的理论知识与自身的工作经验相结合,通过实地考察和对国内关于仓库管理相关的文献分析等方式对南京江宁仓的管理模式进行分析,发现现存影响仓库效率的问题,提出相应的解决方法,以提高企业收益。

通过研究了顺丰仓库的管理模式之后,发现了一些仓库管理中存在的问题,例如:仓库规划不合理、储人员专业素质不高、仓库管理者水平不高、仓库管理设备落后,信息化程度低和仓储管理成本高等问题。这些问题影响了仓库的效率,是建设高效仓库的绊脚石。可以通过重新规划仓库布局、加强对仓储人员的管理、改善管理制度、加强管理,加大资金投入,建立完善惩处机制等方式来改善仓库现存的问题。只有不断的改进在管理上的一系列问题,才能促企业的发展,顺丰仓库的效率变得越来越好,就可以为企业创造更多的收益,增加顺丰的国际竞争力,提高我国的国际影响力。

Abstract

Warehouse can help an enterprise to solve a series of problems caused by logistics speed, for example accelerate the commodity flow, improve the efficiency and quality of logistics. Meanwhile efficient warehouse could benefit enterprises stand out from numerous competitors, save the cost of logistics operation, create higher economic benefits, and avoid some unnecessary waste of resources. Among the numerous logistics and express companies, SF Express is emerging by virtue of its excellent operation and management mode, also it has become an internationally renowned logistics and express company. SF Express has its own storage warehouse, which is directly connected with customers and avoids some unnecessary waste of time, that is also the reason why it can become the leading logistics enterprise in China. Therefore it is of great theoretical significance to study the operation and management of SF"s warehouse for improving the efficiency of Chinese logistics industry. The objective of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in warehouse management and put forward some suggestions to help enterprises improve efficiency and achieve better results.

This paper combines the theoretical knowledge the author have learned with own work experience, and analyzes the management mode of Nanjing Jiangning Warehouse by means of field investigation and investigation of domestic literature related to warehouse management. It has discovered the existing problems that affect warehouse efficiency, and put forward corresponding solutions to improve the profit of the enterprise.

After studying the management mode of SF"s warehouse, some problems in warehouse management have been explored, for example, unreasonable warehouse planning, the low professional quality of the storage personnel, the bad warehouse manager level, the backward warehouse management equipment, the lagging information level and the high warehouse management cost. These problems will affect the efficiency of the warehouse and are the stumbling block to the construction of efficiency. By contrast, they can be improved by means of replanning the layout of the warehouse, strengthening the management of the warehouse personnel, improving the management system, strengthening the management, increasing the investment of funds and establishing and perfecting the punishment mechanism. Only by constantly promoting a series of problems in management can the development of the enterprise be achieved. As the efficiency of SF"s warehouse becomes prosperous, it can create more profits for the enterprise, increase SF"s international competitiveness and improve Chinese international influence.

在现代化的社会生活中,网购已经成为了人们购物的主要方式,网购的发展加速了物流业的发展,这也就提高了人们对于服务的期待。从前的人们只需要商品安全顺利的送到,而现在的人们对物流的速度有着越来越高的要求。物流的速度会影响客户的购物体验,甚至是客户对商家、对企业的印象及回购率等,从而影响企业的效率及收益。

低效率导致的低收益会使得商家或是企业难以拥有大批、长期的忠诚客户,导致企业发展缓慢,甚至是倒闭,从而影响国家GDP的增长,延缓了社会的进步。反之,高效率、高收益能够给带来的不仅仅是企业经济效益的增长,还能够促进GDP的增长,从而带动社会的发展。
