摘 要
在国外,新鲜电力业务的发展正逐渐成熟,在美国,已经形成了有代表性的新鲜直电、奥运品牌、杂食超市等新鲜电器企业。美国生鲜商业的迅速发展在中国发挥了主导作用。目前,我国的电力供应商还处于不成熟的阶段。根据数据统计,2012年中国农产品流通总量为2万亿4500亿元,但流通的农产品仅占农产品总量的1%。
随着我国电子商务的快速发展,京东、淘宝等电子商务巨头的市场份额越来越大,与他们竞争越来越困难。许多电子商务企业已经开始寻找新的电子商务发展路径,生鲜电商逐渐进入商家的视野,近几年逐渐成为电子商务行业关注的话题,但由于商品销售的特殊性,许多企业已经望而却步。目前,电子商务已成为商品零售的重要形式,鲜活产品也迅速发展。由于生鲜产品自身的特点,物流环节要求相对较高。为了适应生鲜物流发展过程中遇到的困难,避免了物流环节损失的高成本,并对生鲜物流的发展方向进行了探讨。
本文通过对文献的研究和对某些例子的分析,采用生鲜物流和电子商务的一些学术理论,选择了U掌柜这一生鲜电商平台进行研究,从优势、劣势、机会、威胁各个角度对其进行了综合分析,研究表明U掌柜存在损耗较多、产品资源统计与补足难、运输成本高,上下游信息不对称等问题,并提出了相应的改进策略与方法。
研究结论不仅对U掌柜,也对我国整体生鲜物流的发展有一定的参考价值。

Analysis and Improvement of U Master Logistics Distribution
abstract
Abroad, the development of fresh electricity business is gradually mature, in the United States, has formed a representative fresh direct electricity, Olympic brand, omnivorous supermarket and other fresh electrical enterprises. The rapid development of fresh American business has played a leading role in China. At present, China"s power suppliers are still at an immature stage. According to statistics, the total circulation of agricultural products in China in 2012 was 2 trillion and 4 thousand and 500 billion yuan, but the circulation of agricultural products accounted for only 1% of the total agricultural products.
With the rapid development of e-commerce in China, the market share of e-commerce giants such as Jingdong and Taobao is getting bigger and bigger. It is more and more difficult to compete with them. Many e-commerce enterprises have begun to look for the new development path of electronic commerce. The fresh electricity business has gradually entered the business vision. In recent years, it has gradually become a topic of concern in the e-commerce industry. However, many enterprises have been prohibitive because of the particularity of commodity sales. At present, e-commerce has become an important form of commodity retailing, and fresh products are developing rapidly. Because of the characteristics of fresh products, logistics links are relatively demanding. In order to meet the difficulties encountered in the development of fresh logistics, the high cost of logistics link loss is avoided, and the development direction of fresh logistics is also discussed.
Through the study of the literature and the analysis of some examples, using some academic theories of fresh logistics and electronic commerce, this paper chooses the U Cabinet this life fresh e-commerce platform to carry out a comprehensive analysis from the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. The research shows that there are more losses and product capital in the U cabinet. Source statistics and complementation are difficult, transportation costs are high, information asymmetry between upstream and downstream and so on, and corresponding improvement strategies and methods are put forward.
The conclusions not only have some reference value for U shopkeeper, but also for the development of China"s whole fresh logistics.

随着互联网的快速发展,人们不仅仅满足于相对发展成熟的服装、家电等行业,而是更多地将目光放在生鲜电商这一领域。从2012年开始,各色各样的生鲜电商平台纷纷上线,形态各异,百家争鸣。但是伴随着生鲜电商迅速发展,销售额暴增的同时,却是亏损巨大的漏洞,很显然,生鲜电商这条路并不是那么好走。
