传统零售行业转型新零售的策略研究——以永辉超市为例

摘 要

在互联网时代下,传统零售的发展速度逐年减缓,有许多零售企业由于没有抓住机遇,顺势与互联网接轨,从而导致频频面临倒闭的困境。同时,这也暴露出了传统零售企业存在的诸多问题,比如说物流配送滞后等。因此,要想改变传统零售企业发展的困境,转型升级成为了每个零售企业都亟待完成的任务。电子商务的崛起、零售业线上与线下渠道的融合以及技术的革新等都为传统零售企业转型升级提供了强大的技术支撑。

本文研究了传统零售向新零售转型的必要性和可行性。由于传统零售企业发展存在着许多问题,比如:营销渠道的落后性、消息传递的滞后性以及扩展速度的低效性,因此传统零售企业转型升级是

必要的。同时,由于电商崛起和消费升级给零售市场带来新变化、零售业线上线下渠道融合成趋势、技术的革新为零售行业转型升级提供强大的支撑以及企业发展和变革的内在需求这些因素都给传统零售转型升级带来了可行性。

此外,新零售一方面是大势所趋,给零售企业提供了很大的发展空间,另一方面由于新零售是一种新兴的模式,因此许多企业在尝试的过程中都出现了一些问题,比如:线上到线下缺乏有效引导、技术问题难以得到有效解决以及价格和成本控制困难等。

最后,本文以永辉超市为案例,通过对传统永辉超市的发展现状以及存在的问题进行探讨,然后研究永辉超市转型新零售之后的发展现状以及其存在的问题,最终得出永辉超市传统零售转型升级新零售的策略。并以此为基点,综合其他零售企业的概况,给整个零售企业以转型升级的策略。

Strategy Research on the Transformation of Traditional Retail Industry into New Retail Industry

——a Case Study of Yonghui Supermarket

Abstract

In the Internet era, the development speed of traditional retail has been slowing down year by year. Many retail enterprises have failed to seize the opportunity to connect with the Internet, leading to frequent failures.At the same time, it also exposed a lot of problems existing in traditional retail enterprises, such as logistics and distribution lag.Therefore, in order to change the development dilemma of traditional retail enterprises, transformation and upgrading has become an urgent task for every retail enterprise.The rise of e-commerce, the integration of online and offline retail channels and the innovation of technology have provided strong technical support for the transformation and upgrading of traditional retail enterprises.

This paper studies the necessity and feasibility of the transformation from traditional retail to new retail.Due to many problems existing in the development of traditional retail enterprises, such as the lag of marketing channels, the lag of information transmission and the low efficiency of expansion speed, the transformation and upgrading of traditional retail enterprises are necessary.At the same time, the rise of e-commerce and the upgrading of consumption have brought new changes to the retail market, the integration of online and offline channels in the retail industry has become a trend, technological innovation has provided strong support for the transformation and upgrading of the retail industry, and the internal demand of enterprise development and reform have all brought the feasibility to the transformation and upgrading of traditional retail.

In addition, the new retail on the one hand is the trend of The Times, to retail enterprise to provide the very big development space, on the other hand, due to the new retail is a new kind of mode, so many enterprises in the process of trying to appear some problems, such as: the lack of effective guide online to offline, and technical problems is difficult to effectively solve the difficulties and price and cost control.

Finally, taking yonghui supermarket as an example, this paper discusses the development status and existing problems of the traditional yonghui supermarket, and then studies the development status and existing problems of the new retail after the transformation of yonghui supermarket, and finally obtains the strategy of the transformation and upgrading of the traditional retail of yonghui supermarket.And on this basis, the general situation of other retail enterprises, to the entire retail enterprise to upgrade the strategy of transformation.

1.1 研究背景

在互联网的背景下,传统零售企业面临着前所未有的威胁,因其自身存在着价格体系紊乱和物流配送滞后的问题,遭遇了巨大的冲击。有研究表明,在2012-2017年间,国内超过150家百货商店倒闭,并有260多家超市关门,这意味着传统零售业发展遭遇瓶颈期,急需通过转型来增加销量,提高竞争力。
