摘 要
2008年的全球金融危机产生了长期的影响,直到2012年整个国际市场的需求量仍在减少,国内对外贸易仍受到了很大的局限,与之相反的是电子商务却在稳步发展,这种情况微妙的平衡了中国的对外贸易。国际贸易新出现了一种模式——跨境电子商务,使得各种贸易的成本都显现出了明显的降低,增加交易量,因而提升交易效率,开辟不同的营销方式,强化我国自主品牌在世界的影响力,使得我国的贸易模式在对外的形式中实现了转型。跨境电子商务的兴起与广泛运用将给整个经济注入强心剂,为外贸类型企业创造出巨大的利润空间,并增加交易量,最终为国民经济带来巨大的利益。跨境电商在获得丰硕成果的同时,它还保留了较多需要我们去探讨的问题:跨境电商的发展趋势是什么?跨境电商影响对我国的对外贸易是如何产生影响的?国内已有的电商运营模式在跨境上有哪些体现?等等。上述的问题都等待着我们去做下一步的探究。
本篇论文对跨境电子商务进行了研究,将贸易增长理论作为理论基础,着重研究了我国贸易的现状和发展,多层次的分析了跨境电子商务与贸易增长之间的关系。一方面,通过定性分析的方式,研究了这两方是如何相互影响的:跨境电商对对外贸易增长的驱动理论和对外贸易增长对跨境电商的带动理论。定量分析板块主要运用调查问卷的方式,针对影响跨境电商的因素以及贸易增长的因素来设计问题,调查各典型行业的跨境电商企业经营状况变化,以及影响他们销售额的主要因素,大约的分析了各种数据从而得出跨境电商与贸易增长的互动关系。本文分析出的理论和决策可以使政府明确新经济体制改革的方向,为政府制定相关法律法规提供了良好的战略意见,推进我国对外贸易与跨境电子商务的融合与发展。

Research on the Interaction between Cross-border E-commerce
and Trade Growth
Abstract
During 2012 and 2013, due to the impact of the global financial crisis in 2008, the international market demand continued to decline, China"s foreign trade growth resistance was great, and the development of cross-border e-commerce was abnormally showing a gratifying trend, maintaining a stable foreign trade growth in China. Played an irreplaceable role. As a new mode and new means of international trade, cross-border e-commerce promotes the orderly development of cross-border e-commerce, which can effectively reduce trade costs and increase transaction volume, thus improving transaction efficiency, opening up different marketing methods, and strengthening China"s own brands. The influence of the world will accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China"s foreign trade model. The rise and widespread use of cross-border e-commerce will inject a strong boost into the entire economy, create huge profit margins for foreign trade-type enterprises, and increase transaction volume, ultimately bringing huge benefits to the national economy. While cross-border e-commerce has achieved fruitful results, it has retained more questions that we need to explore: What is the development trend of cross-border e-commerce? How do cross-border e-commerce affect China"s foreign trade? What are the existing cross-border e-commerce operations models in China? and many more. The above questions are waiting for us to do the next step.
Based on the theory of cross-border e-commerce and trade growth, this paper starts with the status quo and development direction of cross-border e-commerce and China"s trade, focusing on the interaction between cross-border e-commerce and trade growth from qualitative and quantitative aspects. The qualitative analysis section studies the theoretical interaction mechanism between the two: the driving theory of cross-border e-commerce on foreign trade growth and the theory of foreign trade growth on cross-border e-commerce. The quantitative analysis section uses questionnaires to design problems for factors affecting cross-border e-commerce and factors of trade growth, and to investigate changes in the operating conditions of cross-border e-commerce companies in various typical industries and the main factors affecting their sales. From this, a rough summary of the interaction between cross-border e-commerce and trade growth at the data level is sought. The countermeasures and suggestions from these studies will help the government to accurately grasp the direction of the new round of economic system reform, and provide reference for the government to draft laws and regulations on cross-border e-commerce and trade, for the majority of cross-border e-commerce and trade-related enterprises. The development of new development strategies to provide assistance, which has certain constructive guiding significance for the realization of China"s cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade and the development of many cross-border e-commerce companies.
