摘 要

近年来，随着信息化社会的高速发展，工作量和业务量的急速增加使得人们对通讯的自由与高层次以及生活环境和工作环境的安全、舒适、效率的要求越来越高，家居的智能化需求也就随之大大增加，而智能家居作为网络技术、控制技术、IT技术特别是计算机技术向传统家居产业渗透发展的必然结果也就成为了人们追求高效、便捷、安全、舒适生活的首要选择。

论文主要介绍了国外智能家居的发展现状及可实现的功能，其中包括美国、澳大利亚、西班牙、日本等国家和中国国内智能家居的研究现状，以及目前智能家居可实现的功能，同时分析了智能家居在发展过程中存在的问题并提出一些解决问题的方法。此外，就智能家居的发展契机进行分析，包括智能家居发展的技术环境、政治环境、市场环境等，然后根据智能家居的发展环境分析智能家居的发展热点。最后对论文上述内容进行总结并对智能家居的发展进行展望。

Research status and hot spot analysis of smart home in the last five years

Abstract

In recent years,with the rapid development of information society, Liberalization and High level of Communication and Communication, the extremely rapid increase in workload and business volume and the increasing demand for safety, comfort and efficiency in the living and working environment. The intelligent demand for home will increase greatly with it. Smart home , as the inevitable result of network technology , control technology and IT technology, especially the penetration of computer technology into the traditional household industry has become the primary choice for people to pursue efficient convenient, safe and comfortable life.

This paper mainly introduces the research status of smart home in America, Australia, Spain, Korea, Japan and China, and the functions that can be realized in Smart home at present. At the same time, the problems existing in the development of smart home are analyzed and some solutions are put forward. In addition, the development opportunity of smart home is analyzed ,including the development of smart home technology environment,political environment, market environment and so on. Then according to the development environment of smart home, analyze the hot spot of intelligent home development.Finally, the paper summarizes the paper and look forward to the development of smart home.
