摘 要

互联网的快速发展以及用户对互联网的接受度的提高,使得我们进入了移动互联网时代。Web2.0与之前的版本作对比最大的优势就是使用者可以广泛的加入互联网的创新或者创造,尤其是使用者使用的内容创造即UGC。在互联网时代的要求是只要拥有一台可以连接到网络的终端设备就能够在互联网上发布,人人都能够成为“媒体人”,促使整个互联网每天都会有大量的数据。例如某个明星发布了一个公益广告点击率过亿而且每天仍在增加。社交网络所面对的群体每天都会面对大量的信息。由于社交网络信息的快速传播的特点,网络上的信息虽然说有真实的,但是同样也会存在各种各样的虚假的信息,使得面对这些信息的用户造成了很大的影响。更严重的就是对于用户带来了财产上的危害并且造成巨大的损失。所以社交网络信息应该唤醒我们对于这种现状重视,并且社交网络信息的可信度值得深入研究。

本文在阅读了大量的文献的基础上,研究了当前社交网络信息可信度。社交网络的普及和移动终端的广泛使用使得信息化应用到了各行各业。信息化不仅是时代发展的要求,还是我国经济,政治等发展的客观需要。而本文针对现在社交网络信息可信度做了一个研究,以东南大学成贤学院的学生作为一个小的采集样本进行了调查。通过这个调查进行可信度、效度分析验证结果的可靠性和有效性。本文针对其中一个关于社交网络可信度的问题,进行了问卷调查,同时也对社交网络的未来发展做出了一些展望。社交网络在互联网不断的进步与普及的发展中越来越被现代人所依赖。过去人们需要各大门户搜索新闻资讯,如今可以通过微博关注个人喜欢的任何类型的资讯而省去到门户首页非常辛苦的在茫茫字海中找需要看的资讯。因此,互联网在制造海量廉价信息的同时,也给了人们过滤信息的权利。这是当代资讯有利之处——要看什么信息由每个个体决定。因此,新的议题出现了,这些大量的社交信息的可信程度到底是在哪个程度上,更重要的如何辨认在社交网络上信息的真假。

从调查的显示的结果来看的话,信息传播者、渠道、信息内容和基本信任观念正在悄然的影响社交网络的可信度,同时也证明了用户可以对信息有一定的调节作用。通过探索社交网络信息可信度影响因素有利于改善社交网络信息的真实性,加强了社交网络平台的一个虚假信息的检验,一起保护网络环境。

Research on the credibility of social network information

Abstract

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the acceptance of smart mobile terminals by the public, the age has entered the era of mobile Internet. It has realized the connection between humans and the Internet. It has directly promoted the rapid development of social networking. The biggest advantage of Web2.0 compared with previous versions is that users can widely join in the creation or creation of Internet, especially the content creation of users, that is, UGC. The requirement in the Internet era is that as long as we have a terminal device that can be connected to the Internet, we can publish it on the Internet, and everyone can become a "media man", prompting the entire Internet to have large amounts of data every day. For example, a star has released a public service ad of hundreds of millions of hits and is still increasing every day. Social networks face a lot of information every day. Due to the rapid propagation of social network information, although the information on the Internet is real, there will also be various kinds of false information, which makes users face these information. What is more serious is the damage to the property and the huge loss to the user. So social network information should awaken us to this situation, and the credibility of social network information deserves in-depth study.

On the basis of reading a lot of literature, this paper studies the credibility of the current social network information. The popularity of social networks and the wide use of mobile terminals make the application of information to all walks of life. Information is not only the requirement of the development of the times, but also the objective needs of the economic and political development of our country. In this paper, we studied the credibility of social network, and investigated students from Cheng Xian College of Southeast University as a small sample. The reliability and validity of the results are verified by the reliability and validity analysis through this survey. The social network in recent years is the most talked about Internet terms, with the Internet penetration of the popularity of social networks in the world of development is very rapid, social networking craze sweeping the globe, China social network has also experienced a development process from scratch, all kinds of social networking websites emerge in an endless stream, has now developed into a network dispute situation. But there are also many problems in domestic social networks: overindulgence, the impact of real life, the lack of innovation and so on. This paper surveys one of the questions about the credibility of social networks, and makes some prospects for the future development of social networking. Social networks are increasingly being relied on by the modern people in the continuous progress of the Internet and the development of the Internet. In the past, people had to search for news and information by various major gateways. Today, micro-blog can save information from any type of personal information and save it to the front page. It"s very hard to find information that needs to be seen in the vast sea of words. As a result, the Internet has also given people the right to filter information while making huge amounts of cheap information. This is the advantage of contemporary information - what information is decided by each individual. Then, the new topic has emerged. What is the credibility of these massive social information, to what extent is it more important to identify the authenticity of information on social networks?

From the results of the survey, information communicators, channels, information content and basic beliefs are quietly affecting the credibility of social networks. At the same time, it is also proved that users can have some moderating effect on information. By exploring the influencing factors of social network information credibility, it is helpful to improve the authenticity of social network information, and strengthen the examination of a false information on social networking platform, and protect the network environment together.
