电子商务环境下的养老模式创新研究——以南京为例

摘 要

近几年，中国老年抚养比迅速攀升，尤其是家庭小型化带来的“独居老人”、“空巢老人”特殊群体数量的增加，使得上到国家、社会，下到家庭、个人都面对着沉重而压抑的养老问题。但由于社会资源分配不均，医院医疗水平层次不齐。医疗和养老同时成为亟待需求解决的两大问题。而处在21世纪电子信息化形势下，电商模式下的新型养老模式应运而生。

本文首先对传统养老模式进行深入分析，了解掌握目前养老相关现状和研究、趋势等内容。从中发现现行养老模式的存在的原因及继续发展的弊端，由此引出智能养老对当代老龄化社会问题的缓解，并对比国外智能养老发展取得的成果，得出国内发展智能养老的必要性。然后通过对南京地区老人进行实地调查、问卷收集后，将年轻人与老一辈基本属性、就医行为和医疗保健特征分析研究，得出南京市开展智能养老的有利条件和后期需要调整的因素。并针对此，提出了适合南京这座城市的智能养老模式。

The E-commerce Mode of Pension Innovative---The City of Nanjing

Abstract

Chinese elderly dependency ratio rising rapidly, especially in smaller families brings "elderly people living alone", "empty nesters" increase in the number of special groups, such that up to the country, society, down to the family, and individuals are facing heavy repression pension issues. However, due to the uneven distribution of social resources, uneven levels of hospital medical standards. Health and pension at the same time demand has become urgent to solve two major problems. And in the 21st century, electronic information situation, the new pension model electricity supplier mode came into being.

Firstly, the traditional pension model in-depth analysis, understand the current situation and retirement-related research, trends and so on. From which to find the reasons for the existence of the drawbacks of the current pension model and continue to develop, which leads to aging of the contemporary intelligent pension alleviate social problems, and the results of comparison made in the development of foreign intelligence endowment, come the need for the development of smart domestic pension. By then the old man in Nanjing after field survey questionnaire collected the young and the older generation of basic properties, health seeking behavior and characteristics of health care, research, come to Nanjing factors favorable conditions to carry out intelligence pension and post need to be adjusted. And for this, we put forward for the city of Nanjing Intelligent pension model.
