摘 要
随着计算机与互联网技术的飞速发展,传统的教学方式方法已经不足以满足学习者的学习要求,在线教育凭借其多方面的优势而成为人们获取知识的重要途径,尤其是大规模开放在线课程Massive Open Online Courses(MOOCs)的浪潮之后,国外许多新型的教育模式开始涌现。国内高校在2012年也加入MOOCs的行列,同时国内在线教育市场逐渐开放,众多在线教育企业一涌而上抢占市场,却因为迟迟没有找到适合的盈利模式而进入停滞期。 国内在线教育表面的繁荣下隐藏的却是企业的无力支撑。无论是行业还是企业要进一步可持续地发展,显然需要尽快地探索出合适的盈利模式。本课题旨在探索国内在线教育实现盈利的途径、可持续发展的方向。
本文共六章.第一章为概述,阐述本文的研究背景、目的,研究思路与方法等。第二章介绍和分析国内外在线教育发展的历程和现状。第三章为国内在线教育盈利模式分析。第四章对国内在线教育盈利模式改进提出参考性意见得出结论。第五章为结束语。

RESEARCH ON THE BUSINESS MODEL OF DOMESTIC ONLINE LEARNING
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of computer and Internet technology, traditional ways of teaching and learning can no longer meet the requirements of learners, thus, online learning has become an essential way for people to acquire knowledge by the virtue of its many advantages. Especially after the tide of Massive Open Online Courses, multiple types of education model begin to emerge. China in 2012 also joined the ranks of MOOCs, at the same time the domestic online education market gradually opened, a surge of online education companies to seize the market, but because of no suitable business model been found, the companies and industry have been into stagnation period. What is hidden behind the booming of domestic online education is companies’ inability to support. No matter for industry or companies, it is obviously necessary to find right business model promptly to survive and develop sustainably. The purpose of this study is to explore the ways to realize the profit of domestic online education, and the direction of its sustainable development.
This paper includes five chapters. The preface introduces the meaning and the background of this research. Chapter Two is the background introduction. From Chapter Three and Chapter Four is the main part of the research. The analysis of the domestic education business model and existing problems are given in Chapter Three. In Chapter Four,business model improvement advices and conclusions are drawn. Concluding remarks are provided in Chapter Five.
