摘 要
随着经济一体化的程度上升,国与国之间的贸易更加密切,经济规模不断扩大,其中以中美两国为例,自1970年建交开始,双方各国不断扩大其贸易规模,目前已成为全球经贸合作关系中规模最大的合作国家之一。其中,据商务部统计,2018年中美贸易总额已超6335.2亿美元,中美双方已经成为彼此最大的贸易伙伴国。而在贸易发展的同时,中国的经济发展迅速威胁到美方贸易大国地位,同时巨额的贸易逆差等原因,中美双方开始贸易摩擦,于2017年8月的301调查使中美贸易摩擦的局势愈发紧张。2018年美方单方面的增加25亿美元关税也标志着中美贸易摩擦进入正式摩擦阶段。
中美贸易摩擦随之带来的政府政策的改变,如征税措施的落定将会对各个行业以及各个跨国集团,尤其以美方业务为主的跨国集团造成一定程度上的冲击,若是企业或行业无法及时对中美贸易摩擦做出灵活的战略改变或应对措施,将会影响行业的发展以及企业的生存。其中汽车行业在中美贸易关系中一直处于重要地位,而汽车玻璃行业为中美贸易中较为特殊的具有贸易逆差的行业,因而将结合目前中美贸易摩擦的现状,分析汽车玻璃行业所面临的问题,并以其中最具有代表性的福耀集团为例对企业个体进行分析来具体了解中美贸易摩擦对汽车玻璃行业以及其中跨国集团福耀集团产生的影响。
本文将试图分别分析汽车玻璃行业及福耀集团目前发展的现状以及所面临的问题,再结合产业内贸易指数分析汽车零部件行业的发展状况和实证模型,分析中美贸易摩擦对汽车玻璃行业影响以及福耀集团企业的影响,为行业未来发展提供参考性的建议,同时也为跨国集团提出可应对的对策和战略影响。本文在第一章介绍了选择本文题目的意义、选择汽车玻璃行业作为研究方向的原因、将在研究内容中使用到的具体模型以及基本方法;第二章介绍了与汽车玻璃行业和跨国集团有关的概念和具体的文献综述,了解中美贸易摩擦的实质和原因;第三章详细阐述了中国汽车玻璃行业目前发展现状以及中美贸易摩擦会使中国汽车玻璃行业所面临的问题;第四章则以福耀集团为例,介绍了福耀集团目前的经营状况以及将会面对的挑战;第五章为本文重点,以产业内贸易指数为基础分析汽车零部件行业的发展程度,再通过实证模型以福耀集团为例来论证中美贸易摩擦影响福耀集团的因素所在;最后一章,将通过从前文的分析和实证结果,阐述中美贸易摩擦对汽车玻璃行业及福耀集团产生的影响以及可参考的对策建议。

ABSTRACT
In an era of economic integration, trade connection between America and China has become closer and close. The economic scale in countries grow larger and bigger. Taking China and the United States for instance, these two countries establish their diplomatic ties in 1970, after these years extension and cooperation, they have become one of the largest cooperative countries in both global economic and international trade. However, with the development of trade, China's economic development rapidly threatens the status of the United States as a major trading country, and at the same time, it has a huge trade deficit. This become the main reason of the beginning of Sino-US trade frictions. The tension happened after the 301 investigation in 2017. The unilateral US tariff increase of 2.5 billion us dollars in 2018 also marks the formal friction stage of china-us trade friction. The automotive glass industry is relatively special and seldom analysis since they has a trade deficit in Sino-us trade industry, and in one of the most representative Fuyao group as an example analysis of individual enterprise to the concrete understanding of Sino-us trade friction to auto glass industry and the impact of multinational group Fuyao group. This paper will try to analysis and Fuyao group and automobile glass industry , analysis the problem they have met and their future development they might have, coupled with the index of industry inner trade analysis of the auto parts industry development status and the empirical model, analysis of Sino-us trade friction effect on auto glass industry and the influence of Fuyao group enterprise, provide referential Suggestions for the industry development in the future, as well as multinational group and puts forward some countermeasures to deal with and strategic implications. The first chapter introduces the background of Sino-Us trade frictions, including the authentic reasons, the significance of learning, the meaning of using Fuyao group as an example and the mathematic method which will be use in this eassy. The second chapter introduces the concept of automobile glass industry and multinational groups and the specific literature review to understand the essence and cause of Sino-us trade friction; The third chapter elaborates the current development status of China's automobile glass industry and the problems that China's automobile glass industry will face due to Sino-us trade friction. The fourth chapter specifically talking about Fuyao group, introducing this company’s current operating situation and the problems and challenges they will meet or have met. The fifth chapter is the focus of this paper. Intra-industry trade index is introduced in this chapter in order to shown the development status of auto industry between US and China. The last chapter will expound the influence of Sino-us trade friction on automobile glass industry and Fuyao group as well as the countermeasures and Suggestions for reference.
