摘 要

北京市的经济高速发展，特别是近三十年以来取得了显著性的进步，但在经济转型发展的背景下，北京市的经济发展遇到了如城乡间经济发展不均衡、大城市病等问题。“十三五”以来，北京市政府以建设环境更加优美、经济更加发达的首都为目标，结合自身特点大力提倡都市农业的发展，特别是以采摘、观光、供销为核心的精品都市农业，都市农业的开发不仅提升了农民生活水平，还带动农业经济发展，对北京市经济发展起到积极作用。但是，北京市都市农业发展目前还存在较多不足，对区域经济的影响力还有待进一步提升。

本文针对北京市都市精品农业发展进行了分析。旨在总结其发展模式、成功的原因与存在的不足，并与国内、外先进经验进行比较分析，探究都市农业对市域经济发展的影响，以及如何提升都市农业。并针对现有问题进行思考，对区域经济发展的带动作用，促进区域经济又好又快发展，为北京市以及全国其他地区提供参考。

本文第一章为绪论，主要介绍研究意义背景、相关国内外综述与研究的技术方法与路线；第二章分析都市农业的相关特点与给区域带来的具体经济影响，进行相关理论的论述；第三、四章借助Stata回归分析与相关案例分析，重点介绍北京市都市农业与区域经济发展现状并总结北京市都市农业对区域经济的影响，指出现阶段北京市都市农业的不足；最后两章结合国内外相关案例与北京市都市农业进行比较分析，提出促进北京市都市农业更好带动区域经济增长的相关建议，并提出未来研究展望。

Abstract

Beijing's rapid economic development, especially in the past 30 years, has made remarkable progress. However, under the background of economic transformation and development, Beijing's economic development has encountered such problems as unbalanced economic development between urban and rural areas, urban diseases and so on. Since the 13th Five-Year Plan, the Beijing Municipal Government has made great efforts to promote the development of urban agriculture with its own characteristics, aiming at building a more beautiful environment and a more developed economy. Especially the urban agriculture which picking, sightseeing supply and marketing have played active roles in it. The development of urban agriculture not only improves the living standards of farmers, but also promotes the development of agricultural economy and plays an important role in the economic development of Beijing. However, there are still many deficiencies in the development of urban agriculture in Beijing, and the influence on regional economy needs to be further enhanced.

In this thesis, the development of urban quality agriculture in Beijing is analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to summarize its development model, the reasons for its success and the shortcomings, and to compare it with the advanced experience at home and abroad, and to explore the impact of urban agriculture on the development of regional economy. In view of the existing problems, this paper tries to explore some ways to promote the better development of urban agriculture and its greater impact on regional economy, promote the sound and rapid development of regional economy, and provide reference for Beijing and other regions of the country.

The first chapter of this thesis is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, relevant domestic and foreign reviews and research methods and routes; the second chapter analyses the relevant characteristics of urban agriculture and the specific economic impact on the region, and carries out related theoretical discussions; the third part focuses on the development status of urban agriculture and regional economy in Beijing with the help of Stata regression analysis and related cases. Summarize the impact of Beijing's urban agriculture on regional economy, point out the deficiencies of Beijing's urban agriculture at this stage. The last part compares Beijing's urban agriculture with domestic and foreign related cases, puts forward relevant suggestions to make Beijing's urban agriculture better drive regional economic growth, and draws the final conclusions and research prospects.
