摘 要
本文以中国和欧盟的服务贸易的竞争力与互补性作为研究视角,前一部分利用RCA指数和TC指数、贸易互补性指数和贸易结合度指数等工具来分析中欧服务贸易的竞争力和互补性状况。计算结果表明,就服务贸易的整体竞争力而言,中国比欧盟落后较多,在具体贸易部门中,中国在建筑、电信与计算机信息服务等贸易部门竞争力较强,而在诸如保险、金融和知识产权付费服务等知识密集型部门竞争力较弱;中欧之间在运输和建筑方面具有很强的互补性,电信和计算机信息服务的互补性也在逐步增强。
在后半部分,分别对影响中国服务贸易竞争力和中欧服务贸易互补性的因素进行实证分析。分析结果表明,服务业劳动力和外资流入对于促进二者都有着显著的正向影响,第二产业的发展和配套基础设施的改善分别对于两者都有重要的积极作用。根据以上结论,本文提出一些相应的政策措施以提升中国服务贸易国际竞争力,促进中欧服务贸易的发展。

Abstract
This paper takes the perspective of competitiveness and complementarity of service trade, and applies indices, such as Revealed Competitiveness Advantage, Trade Comparative, Trade Complementarity and Trade Integration, to analyze the situation of China-EU service trade. The result of calculation turns out that, China has a wide gap in its competitiveness of service trade as a whole to EU. Also, China has strong competitiveness in the service sectors such as construction and telecommunications and computer information, which are labor-intensive, while relatively weak competitiveness in knowledge-intensive sectors such as insurance, finance, and intellectual property payment services. In addition, China and Europe have strong complementarity in transportation and construction, and the complementarity of telecommunication and computer information service is also gradually increasing.
Then, carry out empirical researches on influences on the competitiveness level of China’s service trade and complementarity of China-EU service trade. The result shows that, labor force in the service industry and net foreign direct inflow both have a significant positive effect on the increase of the two. In addition, industrial development and quality of infrastructure respectively raise the competitiveness and complementarity. According the conclusions above, some corresponding policy measures are put forward to promote the competitiveness and the development of China-EU trade in service.
